LETTING GAME ARE DISGUSTING
AVOID AVOID AVOID - The Letting Game is a disgusting company that preys on students, plain and simple. They tried to steal £3,000 of our £3,700 deposit, including an outrageous £1,500 for a roof that’s been leaking for over a decade, confirmed by a neighbors statement! They knew about the issue before we moved in, ignored our repeated complaints, and then had the audacity to pin it on us. We were forced to battle through mydeposits.co.uk to get £2000 of our money back—a grueling, time-wasting process they clearly count on tenants avoiding. Just look at the countless other reviews from students who’ve been scammed by these crooks. They are dishonest, manipulative, and utterly shameless. Stay far away! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Regarding the roof, we understand this was a frustrating situation. The property manager was unaware the leak was a historic issue when reported. However, once brought to our attention, steps were taken to address it.
At The Letting Game, we strive to guide property owners through the deposit deduction process to propose fair and reasonable deductions for all tenants, whether students or professionals. It is ultimately the landlords decision on the final proposed deduction. In the event of a dispute the independent process through mydeposits.co.uk is there to ensure impartiality. While this process can take time, it is designed to protect both tenants and landlords by thoroughly reviewing all evidence.
