After I paid their fee i dont receive any answers to my emails and is taking ages to make any advacement on my claim.

Please do not waste your time with these solicitors. I contacted them on a No Win No Fee basis. Household Disrepair and Property Unfit For Human Occupation. Sewer problems and rat infestation. They asked for my signature and they would proceed. I have heard nothing since after sending email after email.

This company represented me against my landlord. My landlord paid out at the end of April. Amin Haque claimed that they sent me a cheque on the 1st May. That didn’t arrive. To date I was promised a bank transfer into my bank by the 23rd May. That has not happened. Very poor communication.

Really poor communication and poor service. They claim their experts but present as inexperienced and lack knowledge.
They take your money and you don't hear from them despite chasing for months.
Con artists.
Wouldn't recommend.

I have used this company a number of times and have been happy with their service. The process is efficient and their prices are fixed. They kept me updated through out their process. Once the court process started, they arranged for everything and i did not need to attend court. The court was slow so can't blame amin haque for this. Took about 6 months to get my property back. Our court system is horrendous, thank god the guys at amin haque knew what they were doing and got me my property back

Avoid at all costs. This firm, having taken my money some 1k approx to do the Court papers for a Srction 21 filing to court filledit in incorrectly. This to the point that it was thrown out of Court. I have had delay after delay due to their shoddy and frankly stupid mistakes "still ongoing" More to follow

Continuously chased for information and updates after sending instruction. Received contradictory advice from a call handler and a paralegal. Paralegal confirmed called handler was not in a position to offer legal advice.
Each time I spoke with paralegal they reiterated all the previous advice given. They also gave me incorrect advice (subsequently confirmed by a new firm I instructed).
As an example, I was told to "sack off" the letting agent I was using.
After requesting a refund I was then lied to about a cheque that was supposedly sent in the post. Had to request refund through my credit card company.
Avoid at all costs. These are not trustworthy solicitors.

Having a difficult tenant can be stressful. Serving him with a Section 21 even more so.

So when you pay £1,000 to a solicitor which specialises in this area of law you expect to get some advice or at the very least they answer your call.

Not the case with Amin Haque Solicitors in Oldham where you will be appointed a paralegal who is not only rude short tempered, but who refuses to take your call, as 'We have hundreds of other clients to deal with madam"

Amin Haque Solicitors of Oldham brag a lot online (but strangely not one review) about their services which I found to be non existent.

They specialise in tenancy law, immigration, and many other areas but are always too busy to take your call.

The Paralegal I was assigned to spoke to me just once and that was to tell me if I had not served the tenant with a gas safety certificate seven years ago they could represent me in court and it would cost an extra £1,500. This is having paid them £1,000 up front for no service whatsoever.

As it happens I did not need them to go to court I am very vigilant with gas and electrical safety checks and keep all records.

However I got the feeling that Amin Haque were overstretching themselves in a 'pile 'em high' way and not even the paralegals had the time to speak to you.

They specialised in all kinds of areas other than tenancy law, immigration for example.

After a week of being fobbed off by the paralegal I made a call to the owner of the company Amin Haque and told him what I really thought of his 'legal services'.

Once again I was informed.."Madam we have many hundreds of clients to deal with".

"Well since your paralegal is too busy to take my calls give me my money back and I will find a solicitor who will".

My money was refunded the next day and with it my stress levels disappeared at having to deal with a company clearly unwilling to help a client who has paid upfront.

I would not recommend Amin Haque to my worst enemy.

Clearly they have little respect for women that is the feeling got. They had taken my money upfront and clearly were in no hurry to help when I needed some advice.

I have never in my life encountered this level of lack of service from a law firm before, and hopefully I never will again.
