package not delivered
i’ve made an order on February 5th.
on February 7th it said my order was delivered but I haven’t received it.
i sent an e mail and they said they will keep me updated, but i still haven’t heard anything after a week.
I didn’t get my money back or anything.
they only said they started an investigation.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review based off your experience with The Jeweller Plug and we do apologize profusely for your package being stolen by an employee of the courier company.
As we mentioned in our e-mail the investigation started on the 9th of February. Today we received an update and we communicated this to you.
The refund has been issued and we will from our side receive a refund from the courier company.
This is most definitely a situation that doesn't happen often, so we hope that we can give you a better experience with our business in the future.
