Fantastic service. We had an issue with a broken switch on our water heater. Within minutes Michelle had sourced a replacement and posted it out. Top service, only company we use for our static spares.

Phoned Michelle this morning and was amazed that she answered me by name despite having last spoken in 2020! I needed to change both my invoice address and to be reassured that my order would arrive next day since I was leaving the delivery address on the day after. I was talked through my order, asked to return to the website to place it and to telephone again once my card payment had been accepted. This I did about 25 minutes later to be told that my order had been dispatched and was on its way! It is very hard to imagine how service could be any better than this. Thank you once again Michelle.

Michelle answered phone to my husband and couldn’t have been more helpful as he didn’t really know what he wanted as just trying to help a friend ! Item arrived the following day but unfortunately it was the wrong part ! I sent an email and got an immediate response with a returns form I would recommend this company to any one that needs them

placed order late friday night,goods delivered to site on wednesday,nice and friedly staff on the phone, kept me up-dated,could not fault the service or the goods,will definitely use them again.

This was an easy fast way to undertake the replacement of a part that had been worn out because of it's general use.
It also saved money by doing the repair work myself than paying for a site maintenance team to do the work for me.

I needed to buy two lengths of the plastic strip that hold the wall panels together in a static caravan. It wasn’t going to be easy to match the original colour but Michelle sent us lots of paper samples, close to what we had described and a sample of the strip we picked as being the closest match and it was perfect. Michelle was very helpful and efficient with the speed of service. I would definitely use the company again should we need anything further in the future.

Ordered a new boiler. Unfortunately had a small part missing, phoned Caravan Warehouse and had a bit of an issue with the 1st person I spoke to...rude! 🤔 then a lovely, lovely lady called Michelle rang me back asked me what I needed and to send details of the missing part to her and she would get in touch with the manufacturer straight away, within a few minutes I received an email copying me in with the message she had sent, then a follow up message saying it would be sent that day ...well this was yesterday...and a nearly Easter Bank Holiday..hmmm 🤔. Well the part arrived this morning so in less than 24hrs Michelle had dealt with the issue and resolved it, I can't think her enough for the fantastic service she gave me and I will definitely use the company again without a doubt. We had a fault with a new water heater and Michelle sorted out the problem with the manufacturer extremely quickly for a replacement to be sent out.

A Premium price for a Boiler part described as new which had components missing! an absolute disgrace.

I was recommended to this site by the Autosleeper motorhome forum, and from the first phone call to the end delivery the service was first class , i was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner.
I checked the website and found the trim i needed, but was unsure of the colour match, i rang and explained and was sent sample the next day , This was a great match, rang to thank and ordered the item which arrived the next day. Everytime i rang the ladies were lovely and made my purchase easy and enjoyable , Other companies could learn from this firm , great customer service , thank you

Called for a water heater for a static caravan, but unfortunately the payment didn't go through from my end. Called back later afternoon to pay and went through ok. Normally would have been too late to send it next day delivery but Michelle pulled out this stops and got it delivered next day. Great customer service. How it should be

Heather the lady at the Caravan Warehouse with more than helpful with my order and following right through the delivery process which is always a problem with my address and the GPS system not matching
She made many phone calls to the delivery firm and always kept me in the loop by ringing me back to give me an update she certainly went to beyond what most would have done for us glad to say finally the parcel arrived after the third attempt and it's now installed thank you so much Trevor

Caravan purchased from them leaking in and when checked had been repaired and is full of damp absolutely gutted beware the expert stated it would never pass a test only had it a few months paid top dollar and was told it was A1

I needed a new LPG changeover valve for my home and found the Caravan Warehouse co through an online search. Never dealt with them before but that wasn't a problem in the slightest. I ordered my valve, paid and that was that, simple. It arrived the next day, free postage, nice touch. However I had ordered the wrong one so rang to arrange to return it, no problem, dealt with Michelle in the office who was a joy to deal with. Ordered my correct valve and again this arrived the next day. Not often these days do you get such great service ( and with a smile) would thoroughly recommend The Caravan Warehouse great experience from start to finish. 5 stars.

I highly recommend the Caravan Warehouse and my experience from start to finish was exemplary! Michelle in the office really helped me source the correct part for our caravan oven door and it was a lot cheaper than other companies and they had it in stock. She called me back when she said she would and was so helpful! The replacement door was despatched the same day and I received notifications throughout until delivery day! Unfortunately the glass door was smashed in transit but I contacted Michelle and it was resolved straight away and a replacement sent which I have just received and thankfully it is all in one piece! I would not hesitate to use this company again for any parts we need to our mobile holiday home, brilliant company! Well done and thank you Michelle!
