We have had a couple of teething problems with our Zebra label printer mostly because of user inexperience. When I phoned for help I actually got fast, intelligible service even when our printer passed its one year mark. The technician was very familiar with the product, listened carefully & not only talked me through the solution but explained why it worked and gave me the information I needed to be able to solve it simply myself in future.

The team helped me scope the required hardware that I needed, the sales and delivery process was simple with great communication.

I have asked to send this back as it is no use to us, we have not used it, and they say we are out of time! we bought it in February 2021 and we did not use it, we asked to return for a refund in May 2021 and the reply was that is out of return time! this is not acceptable, the item is not what its cracked up to be, it does not do its job, so its useless to us, we paid £112.79 for nothing! There customer services stink, and do not buy from them, as you want be able to get a refund!

When buying a product from these guys i was disappointed to receive a faulty batch but in true Barcode Warehouse style they once again put the customer first by offering an apology and correcting the order immediately. Lydia who works apart of the customer service team is a true professional and made me feel like they cared about retaining my custom. once again Thankyou :)

not impressed, delivery was 2 days not the next days as sold, on top of that no emails or notifications of the order being made or accepted or dispatched. had to phone up to find out. pure hassle.also no invoice available online.

Having little experience of bar code scanners, it was important to me that I was dealt with by a company and ultimately a person who would listen and understand my requirement and be able to recommend appropriate hardware.
After speaking to several companies, I was lucky enough to speak to Karen from The Barcode Warehouse.
Karen took time to listen. She understood the very complex requirement and went into lengths of detail I did not even know existed.
She was able to recommend not only the scanner and the barcode printer we needed but then was able to recommend the type of label, the type of adhesive on the label and the type of ink used to print the label.
The result was a chain of hardware and supplies which while used together perfectly met our needs and printed and scanned perfectly out of the box. Almost.
I say almost because after installing the printer on my computer (without reading the instructions), the printer had an alignment issue I could not understand.
Karen put me in touch with Glyn from the technical support department who I cannot praise highly enough. Glyn took over my computer and methodically went though some of the common issue’s users experience with setting paper sizes for custom labels etc. He remotely connected to my PC and started to look more closely into how I had installed the printer and spotted the issue very quickly. I had used the wrong driver for the printer. This fixed, the printer performed immaculately.
At this point I would like to point out that I work as a software developer and often support users of my software over the phone. It is very difficult to support printing issues remotely because the printout is the one thing you cannot see remotely.
The fact that Glyn was able to diagnose and fix the issue is not a complete surprise to me, it is his job after all, but it is the calm, friendly way he did it that honestly left me looking at the service I provide to my customers and feeling I should learn a lesson from this man. Quite outstanding.
If Karen and Glyn are representative of this company, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking at complex issues in bar code scanning.
Barcode Warehouse were also the best price I could find anywhere for the equipment I bought.

I bought a printer from here and never used it as I had the wrong operating system. I contacted the company about returning the printer but they never came back to me.I returned the printer and they accused me of damaging it. It is immaculate so this is untrue and they returned the printer to me without contacting every unprofessional,you have been warned!

Incredible service. Fast Delivery, I ordered my printer late Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday. I had an issue setting up and getting connected to my PC, but after 1, 5 minute phone call with Phil from Aftersales its all set up and ready to go. Very happy.

I bought 4 M3 RF scanners never worked from day one. Spent hours days even with support. 6 months in i am sending them back incorrect firm wear installed so would never work.very poor customer service they have your money so dont care. I have spent thousands with this company would never buy again.. cheapest is not always the best !!

1st order; Ordered and paid for on the same day, promised next day and it wasnt delivered resulting in a upset customer. 2nd and 3rd order; ordered and paid for but neither left the warehouse. If I hadnt have rang the stock would not have left. 3 failures from 3 orders isnt good
