Quick delivery and quality equipment, very responsive to calls. Overall service is good, the only thing I would say is that with my equipment the plug was European and not UK three pin plug and the package did not come with a converter so, I had to grab a converter in order to use the equipment that was the only down side.

Sharp sales persons - avoid
Poor - having placed an order for a PDA on line I get a phone call saying that it doesn't include a warranty or a charger and I will have to pay for them. I told them to cancel the order and they then said that they made a mistake and it comes with manufacturers warranty but would i like an extended warranty ? But still no charger !!! cancelled order

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Kestronics.
We always follow up with orders on our website as very often accessories are missed and it’s much easier to add the accessory before the order is shipped rather than the customer contacting us asking why there is no charging cradle included (for example). These types of products are complex, with many accessories, warranty options, software bundles etc, so it’s never a perfect science to guide the customer’s web journey.
The vast majority of website customers are happy with this follow up. We don’t intend for this to be pressure to spend.
