Ordered first aid kit. Received a screwdriver. Company will not send correct item or refund. Literally took my money. This happened at a Chinese company during Covid but this is my first time with a US company doing bait and switch. Stay away

Their customer service is excellent. I sent in an email in regards to a shipping cost issue and they corrected in right away. Highly recommend this company!

Company sent me inaccurate delivery information. Made it sound like delivery was in 10 days but turned out it meant shipping. Then when I went to track the shipment, the shipping carrier said they never received the order. I tried contacting the company several times with no response. They don't answer their calls and haven't responded to emails. Terrible company and no customer support.

Had a mix-up and they sent the wrong product (it happens, that's life). Not only did they refund my purchase but insisted I keep the product they accidentally sent me. Nice folks, good service with a friendly small business vibe.

There was a potential loss of product issue.the item was indeed not lost. I contacted customer service before I knew with certainty and I feel they took good care of me!!

I had to problem solve with them on why I receive an empty box when I bought a vehicle jumpstarter. Fin, who works at the Daily Deal help desk was very helpful and took care of everything quickly and accuratly.

Absolutely love their monthly subscription mystery boxes! I get the smaller box, but it's always such a pleasant surprise. It truly is like when Forest Gump says it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get. This month for February, I received two bags of Moon Rocks freeze dried candy assorted flavors, a refrigerator magnet long notepad, and a magsafe wallet for my phone. It always comes with a newsletter which features fun activities such as word search, made and coloring. Recommended!

I ordered a Microsoft product, but could not get it to work on my computer. I contacted That Daily Deal and they attempted to contact their vendor. When the vendor did not respond back to them after two days, That Daily Deal refunded my money. Great, attentive customer service representative. Will use again.

Something that has become increasingly rare are businesses (big and small) that actually listen/take into account their customers. But I’ve found it at That Daily Deal. I wasn’t treated like another random customer but as a valued customer that was in a particular situation. I’ve been ill since January and had to order everything. But not always up to just opening them, let alone checking them. I’m feeling a bit better and started playing catch up and hit a couple of snags. One was actually my oversight. But they didn’t give me a hard time at all. They listened, they checked and most of all, they understood. This is how customers used to be treated. But now most times you’re just a number with no regard. And they’ve become sneaky, hiding information ( making hard to find) to trap you into something that you don’t want. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company like That Daily Deal and they’ve got a loyal customer in me for life! Give them a try, I’m sure you’ll be pleased too!

I've been shopping with That Daily Deal for about a year now and learned about this company from my daughter who's been shopping with it for about 3 years. We both love getting our products, which are useful, innovative and unique. I received a defective warming shawl that wasn't working as it was supposed to, so I sent an email to TDD about the product's problem. Within 3 days, TDD had searched its warehouse for a replacement, found that it had completely sold out and processed a return of the monies I had paid. I'm just hoping my daughter sees that I need a warming shawl more than she does and give me hers!

I’ve been ordering from That Daily Deal for probably over 4 years now and I’ve been pretty happy with my orders. They may not always come quickly but around Christmas they usually get to you in the time frame specified. The deals are great and my family loves some of the products offered like the flashlights and plasma lighters. If you do run into issues, they try to fix it best they can right away (it’s hard to replace an item if it was sold out which I totally understand). I’ve recommended this to several friends and family members and I will continue to use it in the future. I already have Christmas gifts purchased for this coming Christmas which is now 10 months away (I just hope I remember where I put them and that they work which so far so good on that front and like I said I’ve been ordering for years, so many, many products have been given for Christmas with maybe 2 issues ever and they were taken care of right away). I also like how charitable this company is and they are alway donating and giving to different charities like education and food assistance programs.

Always a great deal and I appreciate the bundling of items ordered for less packaging and waste. Always entertaining videos! So glad I found this site, have received many great deals for less.

I have ordered a few times things I didn't know I needed. BUt the deals truly are good. My last order I am still waiting on but it is still better than TEMU and better quality products if you need what the offers is. Even if you don't it makes for great gifts.

I can not rave enough about this company. What they offer AND their customer service - they are doing it correct! Over the years, I have found many unique and amazingly affordable gifts! It's almost as fun as unwrapping the gifts - to shop here for them! Their customer service is communicative and personal. Even in the event when something has gone wrong- TDD has gone above and beyond to address and resolve the issue! I will be a lifetime customer here 😁

FIN, he made it PERFECT! Having never heard of "That Daily Deal" but seeing their product in another email and considering the amount of "scam deals" out on the internet one has to be careful.

I was concerned having placed an order for a chopper from a Vendor I never heard of, but/. YOU, Fin, caught the multiple orders. You sent me an email questioning the multiple orders (this has never happened with all the "BIG" companies, Walmart, Sam's Club, Amazon (the list goes on). That Daily Deal, have earned my respect and loyalty. Please keep up the GREAT work, and may your business continue and grow!!!!
