I have found so many useful things on TDD, and I look forward to the offerings every day. Most I pass on because I don't need them, but things like chargers have been great gifts. The hand warmers I have ordered twice because they are the best ever things for aging cold hands. When I had a problem, they responded quickly and with the answer I needed.

I ordered something on the 2nd and it’s now the 19th and still haven’t received my product. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 battery jumped and I never received them. I contacted customer service and Noone ever responded to my email. I looked back at my order and usps still didn't have possession of it so I contacted my bank, along with all of my documents and I filed fraud against them. I dont understand why this happened to me. I gave them 6 days after I contacted customer service to respond and Noone did. I showed that to the bank too. I gave them ample opportunity to give me my products or at least let me know when it would be shipped.

I have never had a problem ordering from them. This time I did. The olive oil dispenser was broken. I emailed them over the weekend and got a response the following Tuesday. They were very helpful. The box cutter and calendar journal were delivered with no problem. I like their journals they sell, they make nice gifts. One more thing, this has nothing to do with my order, bit I think at Christmas when they have the $5 shoebox promotion going, its a nice gesture. I like companies giving back to the community.

I ordered three separate things from their website. The first two were shipped by a company they use that said it was delivered but never made it to my house. The third order was shipped by a different shipper and arrived at my house. They did refund me the cost of the first two orders that never made it to my house. I believe their customer service is good but not great but they did issue a refund. I would still continue to buy products from them. Thank you.....

I've bought several items from this company and have been very happy with every purchase. Communication with them is very easy, as well. Twice now I've made a mistake with the shipping address and all it takes is a quick email and they take care of everything. All of the products I've bought have been good quality at incredibly discounted rates. The shipping fees are very reasonable as well, and they don't stack delivery fees like some places do. I highly recommend and trust this business.

TDD is the spot for things I did not know I needed at a great price! New deals everyday. I feel like I know the team with how funny a personal their "commercials" are for the products! Ive had one hiccup where my items said undeliverable, which I believe might have been a driver problem that day, and the team here werr able to get everything corrected for me fast within 48 hours of my first message! Definitely check them out!

Elite company, texts are cool, but they made it even easier/ more convenient w/ the TDD app - TDD gets great deals on cool items from jerky to water proof mattress covers @ a great quality/price ratio - great customer service as well -ordering from TDD well over a year

I’m so happy i found this little company. I’ve ordered a few of my favorite things. I’ve been happy with everything. I have down loaded the app and check it multiple times a day. It’s very easy to use. They have their own people in the ads for items, those employees look like they’re having fun. I would recommend checking them out.👍🏼👍🏼keep up the good work folks!
