Horrible customer service. I ordered an item almost a month ago and it still hasn't shipped to even near my location. When I complained to Bailey in Customer Support, she refused to escalate my concerns and would not give me a refund. The worst online business to buy from is That Daily Deal.

I had an issue with an order. Customer Service is terrific!! They are friendly and very helpful. Even when I was a bit stressed they helped tremendously! I've been a customer for many years and intend to continue. Such a wonderful company with wonderful employees ❤️

They always have great products at excellent prices. I look up the price of items on Amazon before I buy and they are always at least half off of that. When I’m not satisfied with the product, I just email and they respond within a week and make it right. Great company.

That Daily Deal is 100% legit. They have Wednesday and Saturday YouTube videos you can watch, and win prizes, and I have won 4 times! Their products are great, with no obligation to buy anything to win. They're a great company, with great ppl running the biz. All of the products I've bought, are very good, n good ship time. They also have an app now, and you can sign up for text, which both shows great, cheap, not cheaply made, products. I would recommend joining their text list, watch the vids, and dl the app. I promise you won't regret it!

I am afraid to admit that I spend way too much money on this site. The deals are incredible and so many various products. They are quick to respond to email and will refund products that don't work, like the massager I purchased. Refunded, no questions asked and shipping included. Great customer service and great deals!

I had a problem with a defective product. They were very fast and efficient in rectifying the issue.

The worst company ever. They use a low budget deliver service that left my package in the street if it was even delivered. They refuse to give me my money. They just ripping people off. Just like Temu CRAP

I placed two separate orders for items from the daily deal recently. In the past, when I had made purchases, I eventually received it. Very sluggish turnaround time with poor tracking of shipment.Because several days had gone by and still nothing I emailed CUSTOMER SERVICE and was told that there are only 20 people working there and they do their best. I should be patient and it would be received in about 8 to 10 days. Three. weeks later, still nothing. I inquired again and discovered that my orders were canceled and a refund sent without an explanation until I inquired why. I was told the stuff was probably lost and that was it. Maybe if you’re so busy you can afford to lose more customers until you are able to run the store effectively. Big disappointment.

They have quite a few things that I'm interested in, and have ordered quite a few times from them. Their prices are reasonable. Their shipping cost isn't bad considering the deals they are offering. The biggest issue is they are very slow to ship, at least in my experience. Multiple times it's taken over 2 weeks for items to be received. And when I've contacted customer support all I hear is crickets. I live in the same town there located in, and I've often been tempted just to show up at their offices to ask but I think that would be a bad idea.

Thatdailydeal.com is nothing more than a scam, with employees straight out lying to customers, I placed a order on 03/10/26, it is now 03/26/26 and I still have not received my purchase, and it has not even been given to the Post Office for delivery, I contacted them last week asking where my order was and someone named Bailey told me my order would ship last week, it is now Thursday of the next week and now they just refuse to even reply to my message, I have ordered from them in the past, but if this is how they do business and treat customers, I am done, just look at there feedback and you will see how this company has gone down by lying and stealing from customers.

I had an order duplicate & as soon as I called, left voicemail, they immediately called me back and credited my account! No worries! Thank you!

This company is a scam. Don't buy anything from here. It's supposed to come in about a week and I bought something on the second they overcharged me. I was supposed to have free shipping because of looking at Brad's list and seeing the offer and then I paid for it and I see that PayPal charged me 20 bucks for something that was supposed to be about $12 and it's been almost a month and they didn't send it anyway.

I guess I just don't get it. Enthusiastically dove right in and started placing orders. I was aware they are a local company in Tennessee so my assumption was a standard 7 to 10 day ship time being generous with a 10 day window for a company that's 100 miles away. So when I hadn't seen anything in 14 days I decided to follow their support protocol. They responded thst they would need additional time to respond. I was now at 4 active shipment with ZERO tracking info after 14 day. Order Status on all? Processing. I still don't have a response from support nor a viable tracking nunber. This is all OKAY???? wth.

I had an issue with an e-mail i did not receive to down load the product. the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

I received my item but it arrived damaged. I sent an email to That Daily Deal and was quickly refunded. I was pleasantly surprised at their quick response. I will definitely continue to check out their daily bargains.

I ordered a bracelet ( from Macys)
They sent something entirely different.
I contacted them and they said sorry we're not responsible .
Told Macys also - no response .
This co is getting less and less responsible .

I've been a customer since 2021. They are taking longer and longer just to ship (7 days plus and the carrier still doesn't have the item). I've been waiting for a week for a reply on a missing order. They need to scale up their customer service and fulfillment centers. This is their last chance for me.
