I have ordered from your site many times & have never had a problem, however recently , I did have a problem & notified you. Within days, you had responded with a refund & an apology! Thank you for such good customer service!!!

What a crapshoot from a company that pays no mind to laws. Buyers beware. Literally ALWAYS. Ordered from them 15 days ago. Not any communication other than my initial order email.

Can't be reached and ignores all emails. Proving the only online companies to trust are one you can reach.
Now gotta involve the BBB & call my credit card to get my money back. Great!!

I have been ordering from That Daily Deal for years and LOVE it. Recently, I ordered a Vegan Leather Portfolio with Calculator for my daughter who just earned her Carpentry Certificate. To my disappointment, the calculator didn't work. I reached out to TDD and they immediately refunded my money. Great Customer Service. This is the only item I have ever recieved from TDD with a defective part and the refund was handled professionally. Thank you, TDD!

I discovered this web site through Brad's Deals. I ordered two things. The first thing arrived 2 weeks after the order. The second item is still out and it has been nearly a month. There is no place on the app to contact customer service; it does not exist. The transportation company just indicates that it is transit. It is coming from the US! There is no place on this app to get customer service, either. Also, after using this app, my credit card was compromised and had to be replaced.

I had previously gotten an item with no problem. But, totally different today. I selected to buy 2 items for $9.99 each+4.99 shipping. After putting in my credit card, purchase completed…..showing $54.95 charge on my card. It was NOT easy to cancel. And you better NAVIGATE QUICKLY !!
It then tells you you have 30 minutes to cancel order. So you better read & research quickly at that time!!!! 😡
