I've placed a couple of orders and have received one and it was just as promised.I also made a order by mistake and Susan quickly took care of it.I look forward to many more orders.

I will NEVER order from them again. I STRESS EVERYTHING TAKES FOREVER TO GET. I live in Tennessee and they are based out of Johnson City, TN. I ordered on May 21,2026 and it's now June 8th,2026 and I still don't have. I emailed customer service and was told the order was behind in shipping from a 3rd party and they hadn't received. I asked for a refund bc they said it hadn't been sent out. I got another email from the very rude owner saying I couldn't get a refund bc my order was sent out. I asked when, couldn't be told. So I still haven't received my order and I still haven't gotten a refund. So disappointed in their attitude towards customers and their shipping is AWFUL! This iS NOT the first time I've ordered from them. This is by far the worst experience I've had

My experience ordering from That Daily Deal has been disappointing and frustrating. I placed an order and I was told that the items would have been picked up at their warehouse no later than 5/29. After sending messages requesting the order cancelation/refund, I was only told that they had issues with their vendor which has delayed shipment. I literally at this point want to cancel my order and delete the account. I have sent messages and even called, but you never reach anyone. I will never order from them again!

I have purchased a few items from That Daily Deal, and never had a problem, until my last order. I received the wrong item and after sending requested info, pic of item sent & packaging label, they credited my account. I was a bit worried at first, but they were GREAT on customer service, which means so much, these days. Thanks TDD, I will continue to check out your items daily. The price was a great deal! Got my product, but it was missing the charging cable so I let them know. They asked questions and took care of it by sending me a new one. However it wasn't the same as the 1st, so I didn't want it anymore and the gladly gave me a refund. Great customer service

I had an issue on my end and customer service was quick to respond and so helpful. To be clear it was my mistake, not theirs, and every interaction was easy and polite. Very happy with their service.

I ordered a couple of things from TDD and only received part of my order. I know that sometimes items ship separately, so I waited, but the rest of my order never showed up. I tried tracking it with no luck, so I reached out to TDD. After a day, they let me know the package had been delivered to the wrong address and refunded me. I appreciated how quickly they responded and resolved the issue.

I’ve boughten from That Daily Deal who knows how many times now. Because of the deals and their staff. I had a question about an item and they not only got back with me but quickly and these days that’s unheard of.

I couldn't find an item I'd seen the day before, solo i contacted TDD thru the links that they provided.
They reach out to me by text and they worked with me in real time to find what I was looking for.
It took only a couple hours and they found the item that I'd been looking for.
Through out this entire process I treated with only the very highest professionalism and politeness.

I have ordered several times, and have always been pleased with my merchandise. I did have an issue with the last delivery, but customer service handled it in less than 15 minutes. Excellent communication and resolution. Highly recommend

Avoid ordering from aThat Daily Deal unless you enjoy staring at a tracking page that says “waiting to be shipped” for over a week with zero movement. It’s been 8 days and apparently my order is still sitting in limbo. Customer service is completely useless — just a robotic copy-and-paste response asking for the order number over and over without actually answering anything or helping. No real updates, no accountability, no urgency. Feels like once they get your money, communication goes out the window. Extremely frustrating experience and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I had a concern about a product that I was buying and asked a question about it and TDD emailed me back in about 5 minutes to answer my question. i have ordered before from this company and so far they deliver what they say they will and answered my questions so that I felt good continuing to do more business with them Thanks!

Awful customer service. They claim they shopped an order that was delivered on a Sunday. Never received the item and no record that it was signed for. Awful company

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from this company. Everything I’ve bought was exactly as described. Shipping is a bit slow, but nothing I’ve bought I needed right away. One slight issue I did have they resolved it and gave me a refund. Overall, highly recommend and trust them. Seeing what they have to offer everyday is fun and they present it in a fun way too!

I have been ordering from That Daily Deal for years now. I have never had a problem. I recently made my biggest purchase and when I received the order the box was badly damaged and it was rattling. I received my first damaged item. So I was going to have to contact customer service which I have never done before. You never know what to expect when you have to contact a company. I usually like to email first. I was very pleased when I checked my e-mail the next day and I had a response. They were quick to help me and let me know what steps to take next in order to get it resolved. They impressed me with their quick communication and concern for helping me out. I will be a customer for life. And I will tell everyone my story. Thanks again. I highly recommend That Daily Deal.

Love love love shopping with these guys!! Always interesting stuff, great prices, and if there is ever ANY issue with the shipment they jump on it and either ship replacements, or more than likely just give you back what you spent with an apology for the experience. Impossible for every step of every interaction to be perfect, but they have, at least for me, perfect response. Thanks for making me a happy customer!

I've bought from That Daily Deal for quite a while now. I've always been impressed by the quality of what I get and, on the very rare occasion something isn't quite right, their excellent customer service. I use their app and receive their texts and have found so many great products for so much less than I'd buy them anywhere else. Highly recommend this company!
