"That Daily Deal" is a fun company that offers up very good deals on items that (I assume) are closeouts. They have daily deals (and now daily multitude of deals) on what are sometimes very unique items and "gadgety" products. It's fun to see what they come up with and they usually present them in very silly ways. The products range from pet supplies to high tech gadgets, something for all walks of life. They also push the envelope on a variety of ways to save, provide incentives, and even have contests. Their customer service is excellent too, as they go above and beyond try to keep their customer base happy, and just do right by their customers. Their staff is not high in number and are genuinely goofy, but in a good, silly way. They have been around for many years now, as other deal-of-the-day sites have come and gone, reflective of their methods of trying different things to stay fresh, relevant and appealing.

I have purchased several items from Daily Deal and they really are great deals. They have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I have had an issue a couple of times. Contacting the was easy through their email and they responded quickly and the issue was taken care of right away with professional, courteous and efficient representatives. I trust them and their products and enjoy purchasing from them.

The TEAM at the Daily Deal is awesome. I am a longtime customer and have always gotten great service. This last time was over a food item that was not compatible for me. They went ahead and refunded me everything I paid for it with a smile and I kind word!!! Give them a try you will love them.

I have had good experiences with TDD. Overall happy with purchased items. If something didn't work out, I have found them to be reasonable and pleasant to work with.

My experience with a daily deal return policy was not good. I purchased some Lume that took several weeks to arrive then I was allergic to it and they told me I had to return it at my own expense. This is not good customer service.

My order I received was not what I expected so I contacted them. They not only made things right they did quickly and politely. Their customer service was excellent!

I ordered Father's Day gifts on June 6th. Standard shipping says 3-8 business days, so I figured I would receive items in time. It is the 25th of June, and the items are just getting to Glendale Heights, IL. This company purports to be a US Company, which I mistakenly believed the items were made in the USA. Shipping info tells me that after my order was placed, this company orders from overseas. I could have ordered off of Temu if I wanted cheap junk. Not happy and would not recommend.

Customer service not only answered my emails promptly, but with courtesy and resolve. Thank you for great products, deals, and people that handle the little snags so well.

I ordered a heating pad which barely even got warm. I emailed support to return it, 3 days after I received it (their requirement is within 6 days, so I was within that time limit). I received an automated message telling me what the requirements for return were (all of which I was in compliance with), but never got anything back from a real human. I have since emailed 3 times and have never received a reply. I also tried calling and got a generic voicemail asking me to email! Nearly two weeks have now gone by and I can't get anyone to reply to me to refund my money for a non-working item. STAY AWAY!!!

I have tried to contact That Daily Deal on two separate occasions. June 14 and June 19. Each time I received a response by email asking that I not send more than one request. I provided details of defective products (2) seeking replacements or a refund. No follow up reply was received. I've purchased other products from this company and in those purchases had no issues. That is the reason I gave three stars. When they work, they work.

First, I used Paypal to place order, and they shipped to wrong address. I emailed them to let them know, but heard nothing back. I was notified that it was delivered to wrong address, and again contacted them to let them know. Again, no response. For the third time I requested they either reship to my current address, or refund. Again no response.

I accidentally put in the wrong address when I made an order. It was just a slight typo. I emailed the team at That Daily Deal on a Sunday night, they replied same day and confirmed they corrected the mistake. Great experience.

I've placed a couple of orders and have received one and it was just as promised.I also made a order by mistake and Susan quickly took care of it.I look forward to many more orders.

I will NEVER order from them again. I STRESS EVERYTHING TAKES FOREVER TO GET. I live in Tennessee and they are based out of Johnson City, TN. I ordered on May 21,2026 and it's now June 8th,2026 and I still don't have. I emailed customer service and was told the order was behind in shipping from a 3rd party and they hadn't received. I asked for a refund bc they said it hadn't been sent out. I got another email from the very rude owner saying I couldn't get a refund bc my order was sent out. I asked when, couldn't be told. So I still haven't received my order and I still haven't gotten a refund. So disappointed in their attitude towards customers and their shipping is AWFUL! This iS NOT the first time I've ordered from them. This is by far the worst experience I've had
