iPhone 14promax screen repair
I entered this store today just to ask about repairing my iPhone 14pro max screen. Price of repair was reasonable and quickest service I have ever seen. Within 30min replacement screen was done. Customer service was excellent. What more can you ask for I will definitely come back to this store.

I visited the shop for an upgrade to my gaming PC. While the process took longer than anticipated, I understand that the shop handles a high volume of tasks, which can contribute to delays. My only suggestion for improvement would be in the area of communication, as I was initially given one timeline, which later changed. However, the on-site manager Ahmed was exceptionally helpful and courteous, addressing my concerns promptly and professionally. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided.

The repair centre did very good job and delivered quick service. The charging port and hinges on my laptop were damaged and they ordered all the parts and fixed all issues within 5 days. If you want quality service and quick delivery, I would recommend Terrabyte Electronics.

Horrific experience. AVOID
Horrific experience. Took my laptop in which needed a simple repair. They managed to say the repair was massive and needed £315. They said apple could not be trusted with their version of events.
They knew I was travelling with a disabled person and made me do 2 trips over 2 and half hours each time to get my laptop back. When I told them I needed more time to think about the repair they kept pressuring me to keep my laptop with them
I have undeniable proof they caused further issue to my MacBook because find my iPhone was turned on there then suddenly the laptop doesn’t charge anymore. Apple and legal advice I have received since then have confirmed this
I have managed to get my money back from my bank and will now be perusing legal advice to sue the shop
If what I’m saying is untrue they could simple counter my claims. Read other 1* google reviews before coming here.
3 INDEPENDENT repaid shops laughed at their diagnosis and said they were trying to con me
AVOID AT ALL COST. I KEEP telling people to avoid them and managed to save 3 people going there
They keep saying they have cctv of my time there. GOOD it shows they made me come back for my laptop multiple times

We’d like to clarify a few things regarding your Mac repair. As discussed during your visit, the issues were properly diagnosed and a quote of £351 was provided for the complete repair. We understand financial difficulties can arise, which is why we offered flexible part-payment options to assist you.
We also have CCTV footage showing the options that were explained to you, and we appreciate that you initially wished to attempt the repair yourself. Unfortunately, things seem to have escalated from there.
Our goal has always been to help, not to assign blame. We're still happy to assist you — if the issue now turns out to be more minor, we will gladly carry out the repair at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill and part of our commitment to customer service.

Cracked SCREEN replaced in No time!
My son sat on my laptop and broke the screen! 😭😭😭 It would have taken maybe a week with apple but it took 90mins or less here! The only reason I haven't given this a 5 star is because one the little confusion about the screen prices. However! The service was 5 Star! Quick! All memory and laptop intact!
