Wonderful party for my daughter’s 5th…
Wonderful party for my daughter’s 5th birthday, she had an incredible time. Lots of other party guests kept saying how impressed they were with the organisation of the party and all the fun activities. We loved it!!! Thank you to all the staff that helped. I need to write a proper review for them personally but Becky and another lovely girl who was our party host.

Arrived to checkin to Karaoke room…
Arrived to checkin to Karaoke room 15mins before start time as requested. Was told the room would need setting up but to wait outside the room. 25minutes later I had to go back to checkin desk. Got moved to another room which needed setting up. Staff on checkin desk didn't know what to do about the karaoke room bookings.

Waited nearly a hour for chicken nuggets and they came out drier then the soles of my shoes other then that, everything else was fine

The Laser tag was great and the…
The Laser tag was great and the environment was great but food was slow to be served and required a prompt. I forgot to prompt to get the Icecreams so our guests didn’t get them. Also food portion size was small.

It was great, all staff were really helpful including Katie who was brilliant throughout. Laser quest was fab and they set it up to align with the bowling. Really happy with everything!

Bowling was fine, food terrible!
Bowling was fine, the food was terrible. Vegetarian burger was inedible, food took a long time. Small portions and nuggets were burnt from the freezer and then cooked. Would not recommend people to eat there at all. I had a party of 10 kids and had to re feed them when home.

Unfortunately we had numerous issues…
Unfortunately we had numerous issues with our lane. It kept on skipping to the next player randomly after one bowl so we missed goes. This didn't seem to be able to be rectified however they gave us an extra game. It still continued it give us issues. Food took a long time to arrive and burger buns were crispy as if they had been kept warm and pizza was over cooked and hard to eat.

Good range of arcade games to play on.
Good range of arcade games to play on.
Pool tables were easy to access.
Used the table qr code to get a drink as the bar was busy and had to go up to the bar after 10/15 mins as could see no one was coming over with the coffee, then had to wait for the staff to make it ( who were not apologetic) frustrating as i should have just ordered directly at the bar.

I also needed to refund an extra pizza order placed by mistake and staff very helpfully told me how to do it by emailing head office as it was an online order and they can't process the refunds there. Food was nice and bowling and atmosphere was great

Extremely Disappointing Birthday Party Experience
I booked my daughter's karaoke birthday party at Tenpin expecting a stress-free experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but.
From the moment we arrived, the party was disorganised. The karaoke microphones didn't work because they needed batteries, the room was unbearably hot with no air conditioning, and the children spent much of the party having to leave the room to cool down.
The package included unlimited juice, yet the children didn't receive any drinks for over an hour. When we asked a member of staff, she said she would get them but instead continued drinking her own drink and chatting with colleagues. We had to ask again before the manager eventually stepped in and brought the drinks himself. That was the only time the children received juice during the entire party.
There was no organisation whatsoever. Nobody checked on the children, nobody explained what was happening next, nobody told us when our time was ending, and nobody kept us informed about food or timings. I ended up running the entire party myself.
I specifically asked for the food to come out at a certain time, but it didn't. Parents started arriving to collect their children before food had even been served. Everything then became rushed and chaotic. Some children had to leave before receiving food and ice cream that I had paid for.
To make matters worse, a chip platter I paid for never arrived.
The attitude of some staff members was disappointing. Requests were treated as an inconvenience and some staff were rude throughout. What upset me most was seeing one member of staff making a fuss over another child's birthday while not one member of staff acknowledged my daughter's birthday, wished her a happy birthday or even smiled at her.
The only positive was the manager, Luke, who listened to my concerns, acknowledged the issues and advised me to contact customer services regarding a refund, but I'm yet to recieve a response.
Overall, what should have been a special birthday celebration turned into a stressful, embarrassing experience. I would not book another children's party here and would not recommend it to others.

Waste of time
Waited more than half an hour and still waiting for someone to come to the basketball machine to fix it. Come to east didsbury tenpin and you might see 2 school kids waiting.
