The representative was understanding of my issue. Took the time to resolve and answer all my questions with professional and courteous support.

All I needed was to add one more seat to my Snagit license, and I could not do it online.

Spent 5 days trying to establish a new account so my IT person could help me with a major project. VERY mixed, confusing messaging, awful website direction, dead ends, outdated information. My IT person has used your product for many years
and swears it is magnificant. One never gets a second chance to make a great first impression is certainky true with TechSmith.

I switched from Camtasia and Audiate to Camtasia Create when I saw that Create incorporated Audiate, but switched back when I found out that I lost the translation function in Audiate with the new application. Sarah was very helpful and outlined my options well, but I would have liked to have kmown that the translation function would go away when I made the switch.

First I LOVE Snagit....and I have been using it for over 20 years, and it is one of the few external applications that I have that I used multiple times, every single day. The tool is great, and customer experience and responsiveness has been excellent whenever I needed it.

If you have a problem, let me know. I’ll come back to you. You guys are always dead technical support. I was there as well. Stupid things I do you guys always fix it. Hope you understand what I’m trying to say I have no problem.

I used Snagit in my job before I retired. After I retired and had to buy my own computer I missed not having Snagit so I purchased a copy for my desktop computer and laptop. I use it a lot. It's a great way to screen scrape to keep documentation instead of writing things down.

My request was handled within a day or so.

Techsmith's customer service and technical support departments are top notch. They are fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Not only do they get back to me with any issues promptly, I feel that they genuinely care about my issue and stay with it until it is resolved.

It took several email exchanges, about four to five, to fulfill my initial request for a link to the latest version update of our licensed product. That said, I appreciate receiving the link and thank you for following through.

Timely, complete, simple-to-understand answers. I don't know what else one might ask for.

The portal is terrible, and it does not allow for Admins to purchase licensing and I have to call or email which causes delays.
