Human intelligent support 5 stars
Firstly, human experience, which is what I believe this was, is often superior to Ai still in most cases, except where technical information is readily available on the internet. For any other queries, AI often cannot solve the problem. I have experienced this on facebook and other platforms. If it is not programmed in cannot fix. So quick intelligent human response, is what I am always impressed wiith.

I have been using SnagIt for many years. If you are in business of any kind I would find ways to use it. It gets better every year. Always has been worth the value and I would not know how to replace it! Highly Recommended for any business. They make me look smarter than I am!

Our system currently limits individual subscriptions to one per email address. We're glad our team was able to assist you with a business license over the phone, but we recognize this process was not straightforward.
We appreciate you highlighting this, and we will be reviewing this workflow to make it easier for customers who need multiple licenses.
