Where is my order
Where is my order? I was guarenteed delivery before Christmas? all my emails are being ignored. I have always used this company, but now i wont be using you, to make any future orders. I except the Christmas period is a very busy time for you, but dont guarentee Christmas delievery if you cant fullfill it! I want my money back.
No response and warehouse closed up
I placed an order for collection which it says is available within 2 hours. I even got an email confirming this. Before I placed an order I checked their opening hours on Google (nothing on their website about Christmas hours) and it said they were open for collection on 23rd until 5pm. I got there at 4.30pm and it was locked up with loads of crates outside. I called and no answer. More people pulled up and were in the same position. I went back the next day as Google also said they are open but still locked up. Tried again 29th and also locked up. I have called and no answer and sent 2 emails with no reply. They are posting on Instagram about their sale though. The customer service was awful last time I ordered in lockdown and hasn’t got any better. They don’t seem to realise how important customer service is. I’m still without cocktails which I now don’t want and will raise a dispute with the bank. Avoid them!
Avoid at all costs and source another supplier
Ordered on Monday, by Wednesday not received any despatch email, emailed them they said the order should have been with a batch shipped to DHL and would be received Friday. Friday still no tracking info, called them and they said there had been an issue at DHL’s end and a new batch would be despatched for next day delivery and I would be able to track that evening, surprise surprise still no tracking which assures me neither order was ever sent, it’s now Christmas Eve and they are closed, they’ve taken my money though. Shocking customer service I will never use these again, sort my refund our asap.
Update as of 28.12.22 managed to finally contact them today and no suitable explanation given as to why no tracking was received and no parcels received that’s because they were never sent, only thing I got was attitude from the person on the phone, she clearly didn’t want to be at work today. Absolute bunch of liars and horrific customer service.

Excellent customer service….slight problem with delivery which was due to courier but tappd were absolutely brilliant. At a time when poor customer service seems to be becoming the norm this was so refreshing……oh cocktails are lovely too !

Zero customer service.
18th birthday present ordered a week ahead of the date required with "2-3 days for delivery" stated. Didn't arrive. No explanation. When I emailed to enquire, I received a perfunctory reply saying they'd be able to ship w/c 28 Nov (so a fortnight late for the birthday) or I could cancel. I asked them to send the gift ASAP as it was only missing one item, with that item to follow. The main part of the order was then dispatched but still no sign of the cocktail shaker. No offer of a discount. Appalling!

Absolutely diabolical customer service
Absolutely diabolical customer service, out of date cocktails received, replaced with another batch of out of date cocktails, 2 days wasted waiting in for delivery. Customer service fobs you off and manager clearly couldnt give a toss. 10 days since I emailed them, manager hasn't responded and customer service says they're busy. Total shambles
A second chance - now excellent!!!
Having given a poor review based on lack of delivery and information, I finally received the cocktails and they were excellent! Full of flavour, lovely colours, and attractive bottles. I was so impressed that I placed a second order, and it has arrived very promptly.

Tappd cocktails offer a good product
Tappd cocktails offer a good product. But that's it. The customer service is so unbelievably bad that it appears they cant even let you know when YOU OWE THEM MONEY. It would have been nice to have known that there was a problem with my payment at any point before they dropped a claim from the County Court Business Centre through my door. You would have thought that at some point over the last 6 months that whilst they have the ability to send a text message asking if I needed to place and order EVERY SINGLE WEEK that at some point they would have maybe mentioned it, but then I guess they would have been unable to slap some interest on the payment. I'd be interested to know if they have done this to other customers. Perfect way to squeeze a little extra money out of customers without actually having to do anything at all.

Delivery not great
Delivery not great! Been using Tapp’d cocktails since they started. Unfortunately delivery service has gone to pot this year

I would highly recommend Tapp'd Cocktails, I ordered a 24 bottle case to be delivered to a friend, the case arrived early, and the Cocktails are reported to be delicious. My friend sent me a picture of the case, and I noticed that it appeared to have some empty "Cells" in the packing, I asked her to check the contents, on checking against the delivery note, she reported that there was in fact 21 bottles and a note explaining they had a temp shortage of one of the 8 I had selected, and that they would replace them with another type, some where the 3 missing didn't get replaced. There was an email address to contact, and I contacted them and sent the picture, I was emailed back by Keira on the same day, who apologised and arranged to send out 3 to make up the order, they arrived the next day. Great service, delicious Cocktails, and a sensible price! I am sure I will be buying from them again in the future!

Unfortunately this company has got too big for its boots and the customer service has gone downhill along with it. We are local and they used to have a guy in a van deliver (same day) and the service was always fantastic. Now they don't reply to emails or calls and don't value their customers as much as they used to. We ordered some cocktails on 28th May expecting them to be delivered by 1 June (as is stated on their website). DHL notified us that they'd be delivered yesterday (which they weren't) and today it was showing as delayed. After a long back and forth I found out that they haven't even been dispatched by tappd. They apologised but instead of offering some kind of goodwill gesture to a regular customer such as free delivery or a voucher they said it can be delivered next week. Which just isn't good enoug! I basically had to request a refund. Such a shame as they used to be really good.
As someone else stated, dont take orders if you cant deliver on time. And show your customers some RESPECT!

Have a huge backlog on order's awful Service, Placed order Friday (included a birthday gift) paid delivery for 2 to 3 days, expected at latest Wednesday didn't arrive, rang company order hadn't been processed yet, no one had contacted me to say my order was going to be late, unhelpful at resolving issue, offered refund. My advice to Tapp'd don't take orders you can't guarantee, would no longer recommend this company, hugely disappointing customer service.

Placed an order on Tuesday am for my Nieces birthday
yesterday , the order should have been delivered on Thursday but DHL said they did not have the correct address but would not give out anymore information.
Emailed Tappd to ask what was happening , they sent a message yesterday to say they would update once in touch with DHL. Not heard nothing and still no cocktails
and her birthday has now passed, I have been ordering from Tappd for a while now but this is probably the last time so disappointed.
Poor tasting cocktails
Poor tasting cocktails, I have tried many of the different bottled/canned cocktails and these have unfortunately been the worst.
Artificial tasting & not what I expected considering the claims on the website.

Ordered 12 cocktail pack yesterday…
Ordered 12 cocktail pack yesterday evening,initially included 4 non alcoholic choice…ooops didn’t realise until after payment. Emailed to highlight error and requested alternative choice.Was happy with morning email reply confirming receipt of my request and revised order. Hopefully the cocktails will be as good as the service.

Really speedy delivery and a lovely selection of drinks that were beautifully packaged. Nice to use an independent company too.

Excellent Cocktails & Customer Service!
After DPD failed to deliver my order of cocktails I was in a panic but the customer service agent I spoke to , Ria, was amazing. Ria was very kind and straightaway resent another box of cocktails in time for my daughter’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly, polite and great customer service.
Tapp’d are professional, and were very quick to resolve the issue. This is now the third time using them and we will be loyal customers as we are so impressed by how they handled the situation. Thank you so much to the team and to Ria in particular!
Oh and the cocktails were great too .. everyone loved them!
