I order from Tapp’d cocktails every birthday party or event I host and their cocktails are always the first to go! Love the wide selection they have and delivery’s always quick. Even been able to pick them up before when I’ve left it too last minute to order which is handy!

Lovely friendly staff excellent delivery time, and the cocktails Are excellent have ordered with them many times.and will continue to do so, keep up the good work everyone

Amazing cocktails! Really easy to put together or keep in the fridge for a warm day. Owner really knows what people want and he puts that above everything! Definitely recommend :)

We have bought online a few times and purchased bottles when we have found them locally, any issues we may have had online were dealt with very quickly and above expectations not that we have had many, only the once!
The reason for the review now is because some of the new flavours are stunning. Not a personal fan of the cans (not strong enough) but the bottles are wonderful.
The new salted caramel colada sounds unusual but it is blooming amazing.

I ordered on Monday by Friday nothing , phoned and oh I’m so sorry they have been damaged in transit and we will get another box over to you … I’m five mins down the road I said I need them for a party tomorrow will they be here if not I can pick them up … yes
Were they … no in fact not till Tuesday why Thankyou for that ! Not even an apology oh well won’t be doing that again and to think I have hundreds of customers too ! Bad communication

Made an order in the Thursday and paid for a Saturday delivery didn’t turn up when I called up they said I’d receive a refund in postage and 25% refund on the order due to the issue, I’ve rang twice and emailed a number of times and they tell me they will do it straight away and the emails they just don’t respond to them

Got a voucher for 6 cocktails and an online escape room as part of Virgin Experiance Days.
Clicked the link on the voucher to email the escape room company which all went through fine.
Clicked the link on the voucher to email Tapp'd and filled in the required details. They then came back saying the voucher code was wrong. My mistake - I emailed them the wrong code. I then sent the correct code over 2 days ago and am yet to get a reply. I've followed up and still not got a reply.

I’ve purchased from Tappd a few time now and was happy with their service and products, this was until I asked for their support in potential fraudulent activity around my email address and potential phishing emails in the name of Tappd. I have emailed them twice and left voicemail messages but they just don’t respond, my experience is they don’t answer the phone either. This has soured my perception of this company now and I am now reluctant to purchase from them.

I had an issue in receiving my order. The customer servicecwas second to none and couldn't do more to resolve. Once I did receive my order the cocktails were lovely. My favourite was the mojito. Very authentic, tasty and enjoyable. Good trustworthy company with a very high quality product

I ordered 12 bottled cocktails using virgin experience voucher ordered Tuesday arrived Wednesday morning not tried them yet but so far well impressed with service
