Outstanding customer service
We have just purchased a new Audi q4 e-tron from Wakefield Audi . The overall buying experience was excellent ,with welcoming and attentive team members from reception to sales manager. We were expertly guided through the whole process by Charlotte Bray . She could not have been more supportive and professional but also calm and friendly in her approach . My purchase of an Audi A3 cabriolet was a wonderful experience.
Sales executive Louis Baker treated my wife and I so well. He is very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all our questions and dealt with everything with ease, and I'm sure that this will continue with the after sales service too.
I had no concerns in travelling the 2 hours from my home to Audi Wakefield as from the initial phone calls to the photos and video provided, I knew that everything would be in order when I attended.
This was my first time making a long distance car purchase, but by the service provided to me, I would happy do it again and highly recommend Audi Wakefield and Louis Baker.

Work not completed, unauthorised work added, and no promised follow-up
I booked my car into Wakefield Audi for a service, MOT, and additional work clearly listed on the job sheet. On collection, I discovered the requested items had not been completed, yet extra work I was not informed about and did not authorise had been carried out.
I raised this immediately at the dealership and spoke with their service team on Friday the same week. I was assured the matter would be investigated and I’d receive an update on the following Monday. No one contacted me.
As a customer of 20 years, this falls well below the standards I expect from a main dealer, both in workmanship, communication, and customer service. I would like to understand how the work undertaken did not correspond to the job sheet, a clear apology and explanation for the lack of follow-up, and remediation of the issues. I’ll update this review if the dealership resolves the issue.

From start to finish, my experience with Audi Wakefield — especially with James Cook — has been nothing short of exceptional. I genuinely don’t even know where to begin, because I am so overwhelmed with gratitude and happiness.
James went above and beyond from the very first moment we spoke. He took the time to talk me through all the details of the Audi A3 Sportback, guiding me with such care, clarity, and patience. Thanks to him, I was lucky enough to be matched with a stunning pre-built model in gorgeous Arrow Grey, which meant it could be delivered swiftly — just in time for something really special.
James timed everything perfectly so I could collect my new Audi on the same day as my driving test, and I’m thrilled to say I passed! Walking into the dealership that day was such a proud and emotional moment for me, and I’ll never forget how supportive, calm and professional James was throughout the whole experience.
Every visit to the dealership has been just as welcoming. I’m always greeted warmly by the staff and offered a drink, and it’s the little touches like that which really show how much Audi Wakefield cares about its customers. Since driving away in my beautiful new A3, I’ve even received follow-up calls from two different members of the team to check how I’m settling in and if I’m enjoying the car — and trust me, I am absolutely in love with it!
As if that wasn’t enough, I returned recently and they kindly valeted my car free of charge, making it look as shiny and perfect as the day I first saw it. That’s the kind of service that sticks with you — it shows genuine pride in their work and real care for their customers.
I honestly could cry happy tears thinking about how kind, thoughtful, and dedicated the whole Audi Wakefield team has been — and especially James Cook. He’s not just knowledgeable and professional; he’s incredibly human and made me feel supported and valued at every step.
So from the bottom of my heart — thank you, James. And thank you to every single person at Audi Wakefield who has been part of this journey. You truly deserve an award for the level of service and compassion you offer. I’m so proud to now be an Audi driver, and even prouder that my journey began with such a fantastic team.
