I’ve just completed my car purchase and I’m extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Louis. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I chose the right vehicle for my needs. Communication was excellent, every step was clearly explained, and the handover was smooth and well organised. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes you feel valued as a customer, but they absolutely did. I’m thrilled with my car and highly recommend their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next car from them and hope Louis will be there too to assist me.

I couldn’t recommend Wakefield Audi enough because of the incredible customer service I recieved from Dale. Dale was great, he was so helpful with everything to do with my A1, ensured that I understood everything well, and did everything he could to make the figures work. His customer service really was exceptional, I am so happy with my car and the support I have received from him during the process. The showroom is also lovely and so welcoming which adds to the experience. I will 100% be back in the future for my next car with this branch and Dale, super happy customer thank you Audi Wakefield! 👏

Very professional and collecting the car was a classy experience

Absolutely shocking customer service from both Audi Wakefield and Audi UK. Avoid at all costs.

The entire experience we have received has caused significant stress and anxiety for both myself and my husband. We have had 3 weeks of hell and been unable to focus on anything else, as I have been driving an unsafe vehicle that could have endangered my life and that of my family due to system errors which I was unaware of until the car malfunctioned at 40 mph. I am now extremely hesitant to drive the car again and am very dissatisfied with the overall situation, from the vehicle's faults to the service I received regarding the hire car.

The whole customer experience from Audi Wakefield, the Audi customer service team has been appalling each person you speak to says the other person is lying!!!!

This is our replacement car from a previous brand new A5 which had the same faults we was mis sold the car as we was advised all issues have been resolved. Nobody will take ownership of the issues.

The staff in the audi garage couldn't of been friendlier i had to wait 2 hours for my car they kept making me drinks and asking if i was alright what a friendly team.

What I love about visiting Audi Wakefield when I take my car in for a service or MOT is how easy it is. The customer service is outstanding. Drop off is quick, great communication on progress throughout. I love the vehicle health check video. All the staff are really helpful. The wash and valet is the bonus and is also appreciated-I always feel I’m leaving with a new car!! Thank you.

Went to Wakefield Audi after wanting a new car for a while. I knew what I wanted but it was just a matter of finding it. I told James what I was looking for and he found exactly that!!
The service was amazing from start to finish from James and nothing was too much trouble, even all my constant questions. He made sure that I was happy with everything, set my car up with me and was very calm and approachable through it all. He explained everything to me fully and made sure that I understood. He ensured the car had everything I wanted and it’s a perfect fit!

Angelica on the front desk was lovely. She was so happy and bubbly, just what you want to see when you walk in.

Im so happy with my purchase and have come away with my dream car. Couldn’t recommend the team enough at Wakefield Audi.

The technician ignored visible warning illuminations on the dashboard which indicated low tyre pressure error and steering wheel alignment appears to be adjusted after work completed.
