I received a friendly welcome and my car was checked in for its service straight away. I was told it would be around 2 1/2 hours and it was ready right on time, I was kept up dated the whole time I was there and the car had a complimentary clean and vac, great service.

Experience of Service at Sytner
Thought the 'Meet and Greet' reception good.
Was waiting a fair length of time to then be seen by an advisor but as soon as I mentioned this, another advisor came over to see me and carried out a short check-in.
Although I had not specified a 'waiting' service, as the advisor realised I was intending to wait, she was able to transfer me to this service.
I received the video survey, which was informative,
The car was serviced within the timeframe predicted, all the agreed items having been attended to. It turned out that the car had failed the MoT due to a damaged tyre but the advisor made immediate enquiries to find out if you had the tyre in stock, which you had, and the tyre was subsequently replace in a reasonable time period.
I was able to wait and was able to undertake several tasks on my lap top while I was waiting in comfortable surroundings.
My car was returned, having been cleaned and washed, and I was able to return home by mid afteroon.
All very satisfactory.

I have been a customer with BMW…
I have been a customer with BMW Stevenage when it was originally BMW Specialist Cars Stevenage since 2008 as I followed Paul Humphery from Sales who was originally at BMW Milcars Golders Green, London when we first met after our unpleasant visit to BMW Watford in 2000.
Since year 2000 I have travel far as our Watford local Sales and Service branch was not customer friendly and as its proofed, the Sales dept no longer exist. Have tested the Service Dept and service not changed.
Sytner Group Stevenage Service Dept is excellent to dated. In our recent visit to BMW service dept, I was attended by Ben Lau who really looks after their customer.

Very attentive staff and friendly
Very attentive staff and friendly, helpful through from check in at reception onto Ben at service interface and Nick carrying out pre service checks.
Good feedback when asked a couple questions.
Just to mention I did find booking a little difficult as I think Faye was on her own that day and there were a lot of calls going in.To her credit she came back to me later in day when I was beginning to think of giving up.

From Hybrid to Electric the easy way.
My wish to progress from Hybrid To fully electric caused me some initial trepidation.
That concern was soon overcome by the sensitive and professional customer service provided by the team.
I am now the proud owner of a BMW iX1. Special mention must go to Chris Chipperfield and Molly Taylor. The after sales service continues with regular teach ins to make sure I understand all the new technology. A great experience.

Was kept fully informed about the progression of the car. Delivery on the day was seamless, but the instructions on how the car works was a bit overwhelming. I have been driving the car for about two weeks and it’s been a joy. Still trying to figure out all the car can do.

Very professional service
From the moment I met the salesperson until the time I collected the car the whole process and all the people I met were very professional. The salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to my requirements. A suitable car was sourced very quickly once I decided I wanted to purchase a BMW. I always enjoy bringing my car to Sytner BMW at Stevenage. The greeting and helpfulness of the Reception Team is always top notch. Ben Lau was the designated liaison between me and the Service Team. I have been with Ben before and he is always polite and well informed and keeps me up to date in a timely way with progress regarding the work on my car.
