This was my BMW i4's first service. Steven Gunapalan, the service agent, collected and returned the car from and to my home. Steven went the extra mile and arranged for the purchase of a battery for the key fob of our second car and showed me how to install it. Usual excellent service. Reassuring to see the inspection video confirming all is well.

Stevenage Branch of Sytner
While the service from the actual mechanics was very good, as well as the in-person discussions at the dealership, the telephone aspect of making the appointment and actually trying to speak to someone at the Stevenage branch is quite convoluted and fairly frustrating, which was agreed with, by the staff I spoke with. I had the phone cut off twice and was put through to the Hitchin Branch three times.
During three separate telephone calls, I was also told that I would be sent a link/portal confirmation/WhatsApp message, that would allow me to liaise with the branch staff directly, making the process easier. Suffice to say, that did not arrive even on the third promise of the link being sent.
This element of the service, which was conveyed to the staff, is very frustrating.

Further to my response from Sytner, it should also be noted that the further works that I asked to have priced never materialised either, even though I took one of the staff out to the car and she took photos, so that they could be sent to your colleagues in the Hitchin Branch. Something seems to have gone awry here.

Exceptional Five-Star Service from Annabelle!
I received truly exceptional five-star service from Annabelle at Sytner Stevenage BMW. As I was buying the car without seeing it in person, I was understandably a little nervous. Annabelle immediately put me at ease by sending a detailed video of the car, which answered all my questions and gave me complete confidence in my purchase.
She went above and beyond, personally driving the car to my local dealership for delivery. At the handover, Annabelle took her time to explain and demonstrate the car’s features, ensuring I felt completely comfortable before driving away. It was lovely to meet her in person, and her passion for and knowledge of cars were evident throughout.
It was also very reassuring to know that her support did not end once the sale was complete and that I could contact her with any concerns afterwards. I would highly recommend Annabelle to anyone, wherever they are in the country. She is not a typical salesperson—she is genuine, attentive, knowledgeable, and fully committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
I could not be happier with my experience and would gladly purchase another car from Annabelle in the future.

I would highly recommend Molly Taylor, who handled the sale of my new BMW M440i
From the very beginning, Molly was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She made the whole process very straightforward and, importantly, never put me under any pressure whatsoever. She kept in regular contact with me throughout the sale and was always available whenever I had a question.
What really stood out, though, was Molly’s after-sales care. I had a few issues with the car after purchasing it from BMW Synter in Stevenage, but Molly was fantastic in helping get everything resolved. She followed things up and made sure the issues were dealt with promptly.
It’s refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service both before and after a sale. Molly is a real credit to BMW Synter, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Continued good service
I was dealt with almost immediately on arrival, in a polite manner by all of the various staff members, even when I visited the sales showroom to pass the time.
When the service & MoT were completed Liam went through the minor faults and had printed the cost to replace the varous parts and answered my questions.

Staff excellent very polite. I do need to take my car back as the micro filter was damaged from manufacture. Also the free car washing service is not brilliant. Windscreen had all smear marks and flys
