1st class customer service
Just to say ,i bought a tesla model x 2020 plate from Billy in sales he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble he always got back in touch when I phoned. I never felt rushed in anyway He was a very polite and welcoming guy to deal with, and he even got me a touch up pen which was a nice touch, he was never pushing me into buying the car, which was nice not like some other garages i have been too. Billy is a real asset to your company, and Tom, the manager, was a great guy to deal with too, He was also a very warming guy to speak to.
I have to say a big thank you to Claire from service, I had issues arise with car and Claire pulled out all the stops to help me with the issues nothing was to much trouble, claire was so lovely and understanding and ,claire put my mind at rest and sorted them out straight away Claire from service is a real asset to the company too. If anyone worried about after sales, then don't, because they will sort it out straight away for you, if by chance a problem does arise. I would highly recommend sytner select wakefield to anyone

Brought my jeep from the Ashton under…
Brought my jeep from the Ashton under lyne branch in sept 2024, and haven’t really had many problems up until now. In branch they really sold me the warranty so ended up taking an extra 3 years warranty just in case, due to my job and needed my car work. Recently my car went for its mot which it passed no problems maybe a week later, took it for its service and it has a radiator leak. Looking at the warranty I should be covered for the radiator leak anyway the Ashton under lyne branch has now closed so I called the nearest one which is Wakefield. I spoke to Claire at the Wakefield branch and explained I couldn’t find a garage near me which would deal with the warranty so I would like to book it in with themselves. Claire declined and said I would need to take it to Jeep themselves to be diagnosed and fixed there. I explained to Claire that I have the right to book in with them under my warranty even if only for the diagnosis and then things can be taken from there. Claire said she has had this problem before and it would be best to contact Jeep. So I therefore contacted Jeep, who were absolutely will to book my car in however they didn’t have an account with sytner select warranty so I would therefore have to pay for the problem myself. When I advised Claire of this she told me to pay for the repair and the warranty would them pay me, which is totally against the warranty, it states they will not pay you back if you have paid for a repair yourself. So I’m now stuck with a car I can’t drive and can not go to work without my car. Jeep have said they can’t book my car in until the end of October so I have no diagnostic in order to get a courtesy which I am also meant to be covered for by the warranty. Do not buy the warranty it’s an absolute con, I spent thousand more thinking it could work out for the better, but the workers are selling you things they don’t actually take the time to read obviously. Would give zero stars if I could.

Very professional and helpful service from Kasim and Jonathan this week. They answered and all my questions, made the whole process very easy, including help arranging insurance when I had a problem. From start to finish this was excellent all round. I would recommend Sytner Wakefield to anyone.

We visited Sytner Wakefield looking for a replacement used car and were fortunate to be helped by Ryan Ellis. He was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful throughout.
When the car we initially reserved wasn’t quite right for us, Ryan went above and beyond by sourcing another vehicle that he felt was better suited to our needs. He genuinely listened to what we were looking for and really made an effort to help us find the right car.
Once we decided to go ahead with the purchase, Ryan made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. There was a slight delay with the valeting, which was no fault of his, but he remained calm, apologised for the inconvenience and kept us informed.
Overall, Ryan provided excellent customer service and we really appreciated the effort he made to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

Israr ahmed, showed us around the forecourt taking notes of what we liked and disliked what requirements we had and showed us what was most suitable. Extremely friendly honest and chatty, allowed us to have a good look around the car and test drive , talking us through the cars feautures. He was also there for the car hand over and came with the same upbeat positive energy. Great guy great to work with even when returned to look for additional car for my wife again he rembered our requirements and needs and automatically showed us the due diligence and care to remeber and understand our needs.
