Good service all round
Even though sadly my new car was not meant to be, the service I received from Sytner Swindon was great. I Initially purchased the car from Joe Excell who took me through the whole process in a friendly efficient manner. When I encountered problems with the vehicle Jon Morgan also dealt with us in a friendly efficient manner. I would consider Sytner for a future car purchase even if it didn't work out for me this time.

Top notch service!
We were diligently looked after from the moment we walked in the centre. Jakob was informative and friendly and able to answer all our queries before suggesting a number of different options and showing us around. We test drove a lovely Hyundai and decided pretty quickly it was coming home with us! Sebastian (Seb) helped us organised extended warantee and efficiently guided us through the finances. Thanks!

I wouldn't consider buying a car…
I wouldn't consider buying a car anywhere else. The team are always exceptionally informative and helpful. Jakob who assisted us today was the perfect balance of supportive but not overbearing. Walk in with one car, 2 hours later we our first big car ready to drive our newborn round in. What a delight!

My partner and I recently purchased a car from Sytner Select Swindon, and the service we received from Jurgen and Liam was outstanding.
They helped us secure the exact car we wanted at a fantastic price, along with a finance agreement that suited our budget perfectly. The whole process was completely hassle-free—there was zero high-pressure sales tactic, and everything was explained in clear, simple terms from start to finish.
To top it all off, the aircon still works and the compressor hasn't failed yet, which is always a massive bonus!

We went to Swindon branch as our car was due for a renewal and had such a lovely experience by Rory & Nathan! Made it stress free and as easy as possible. Friendly & lovely staff members, definitely recommend them when choosing a car and going through the finance process.

I had my MOT with sytner group as I bought my car from them a few years ago and bought a lifetime MOT package. The last 2 MOTs I have booked at least 4 months in advance to get a Saturday of my choosing. However also the last 2 years they have called a couple of weeks before and had to cancel it and rebook. No Saturdays left so then had to take what's left over which I didn't want but had no choice so had to change things around to fit. Hope it doesn't happen again next time

Good customer service and quality of…
Good customer service and quality of cars for sale is impressive. Showroom is beautiful.
Could do better at - once i bought the car and all of the paperwork was sorted out, I was given the key and told the car was outside. I think it would have been nice to be escorted to where the car was and made sure I was fully competent with all of the buttons and indicators (I spent alt of time in the car looking at all of the dials etc before I felt confident to drive it off the forecourt)
The wifi system also needs to be better esp if you are expecting people to scan the QR code for each car, so that you can see the cars details etc.

Excellent customer service
Josh and Nathan were both incredibly helpful whilst we purchased our new car. Josh was friendly, approachable and answered all the questions we had. He made us feel at ease whilst out on the test drive, especially helpful as we do not know the area. Nathan took time to go through all the finance details. We were not rushed and plenty of time and care was taken busy Josh and Nathan to make it an enjoyable experience.
