Made sure I understood everything before going for the car and he made me feel welcome and satisfied when going through the process. Highly recommend Ra'id.

My experience with Sytner Select has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased my car from them, and within just a few weeks, it started developing major engine-related problems. Since then, it has repeatedly ended up in the workshop, one issue after another. This is not the experience anyone expects after investing a significant amount of money in a vehicle.
What has made the situation even more frustrating is the poor after-sales service. Getting a response to emails and phone calls has been a struggle, and I have often been left chasing updates rather than receiving clear communication and support from the dealership.
When you buy a car from an established dealership, you expect transparency, accountability, and proper customer care when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well below those expectations.
The combination of serious mechanical issues shortly after purchase and a lack of responsive customer service has left me extremely disappointed. Buying the car was supposed to give me peace of mind, but instead, it has caused ongoing stress and inconvenience.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Sytner Select to do their research carefully and think seriously about the after-sales support they may receive if problems arise. My experience has been far from satisfactory.

I purchased an Audi Q7 from them in Dec 25 and I had a few issues.  I took the car to an independant garage after having the car for 4 months who confirmed there was no oil in the car and they confirmed there were no oil leaks. This has affected the cars engine, which needs a full engine review. The independent review that I ran confirmed that the Sytner branch must NOT have checked and filled the car with oil.  I confirmed the situation to the branch and provided the independent reports - still now in October, after calling and calling, and emailing and emailing, over 4+ months, they have confirmed that they are not interested and it's my problem. This is a DISGRACE after all the chasing and lack of correspondence from them. Their aftercare service is not fit for purpose. Never use these people....they are happy to sell but terrible at any support!!!!!!! I am now going to the Motor Ombudsman! I have no choice...Note: a dealership must legally sell you a car with sufficient engine oil. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a car sold by a business must be of "satisfactory quality" and "fit for purpose". Selling a vehicle entirely devoid of engine oil—or with so little oil that operating it causes immediate mechanical damage—violates these statutory rules.  
My journey to sort this issue out is just starting. I am extremely unhappy!!

It took nearly 5weeks to get my car repaired and back to me through the service team at Sytner. Most of the staff never call back when they say they will and the workshop takes ages responding to the warranty company. Couldnt get a courtersy car either as apparently they never had any available. I definately wont be using them again!

First time dealing with Sytner select Swindon and the transaction was a stress free experience. Thanks to Ella for the buying made simple and Seb for the final paper work and sale.

Difficult purchase that was made unnecessarily complicated by sytner's system allowing 2 people to hold and purchase the same car. Fairly poor communication within the team with repetition of conversation that ended up going back and forth on whether I would be taking the car. Eventually I have taken the car, but spent an unnecessarily long time sorting it out, travelling back and forth from train stations being told one thing before changing to another conversation.

Bit of a demoralising purchase from sytner.

Nitin however was as helpful as he could have been within the situation, however it's apparent the system is broken and has left me not wanting to deal with sytner again.

Do not use this garage , formal complaint made 1 year ago go to operations manager no response, used garage this week what a joke of a service, will never be going back. Please do not use

We have been so well looked after at Sytner by Ryan, Rory and Kuba. No pushy sales at all, just welcome advice and they have made the process incredibly easy - no issue too small. We have bought a new Geely EX5, and thrilled with it. Huge thanks the the team!!
