Friendly staff
I was able to trade in my car and walk out with my new car in under 4 hours. I was met by friendly staff who answered all my queries and explained all functions/payment options in full detail. Thank you to Pat and Harry who assisted me in my purchase today.

I saw the car I had been looking for in stock at Sytner Select Swindon and decided to take a chance by turning up unannounced, hoping I’d be able to take a look and see the car in person. I was greeted by Ahsan at the front desk, explained my situation and the car I wanted to view, and he took me straight through.
The car I initially wanted to look at hadn’t yet been prepped, as it had only just arrived, but Ahsan went above and beyond to make sure I was still able to take a proper look at it.
After looking around, I decided it wasn’t the right car for me due to its age and a few cosmetic points I wasn’t keen on. However, they did have a newer version of the same model on display, so I asked if I could take a look at that instead. A test drive was arranged promptly, and I was able to take it out for a relaxed, no-rush, no-pressure drive around Swindon.
I decided this was the car I wanted and was introduced to Nathan, who took me through the purchase options. Again, everything was no pressure, with friendly advice and a very professional approach. After sorting the paperwork and enjoying multiple cups of free coffee (which was good!) I walked out with the keys to my new car. The options around extended warranty and extras were also very reasonable.
Thanks to everyone for their help, we’re very happy with the car so far.

Excellent service done on my car along with the mot the only negative I have is that my service and mot were done on a Saturday I did ask them if my car needed a bulb or wiper blade just to do it for it to pass but I was informed there are no technicians working on a Saturday and if car needed a bulb the car would fail now I know this I will book a week day next time

Jay was excellent. He was very personable and helpful. We asked lots of questions and if he didn’t know the answer he immediately found out. He wasn’t pushy but very enthusiastic. I hate buying cars and he made it a good experience. A great ambassador for the company.

I recently purchased a Toyota Yaris from Sytner and had an outstanding experience. Both Ella and Liam provided exceptional service and support throughout the process. Liam, in particular, took the time to explain every step of the purchase clearly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was the absence of any pushy sales tactics. Instead, they offered optional extras such as extended warranty or paint and dent protection in a helpful, informative way, leaving the choice entirely up to me. This approach made me feel valued as a customer rather than pressured.
