Helpful staff and an enjoyable experience
The salesman Allen was knowledgeable and very helpful. The process of exchanging my car for the new one was very quick and easy and was all completed in a morning. I was owed money back on my PX and having bought the car on Saturday I received the money on Monday. I have used Sytner Nottingham before and would definitely recommend them.

Today
Today, we had a truly wonderful experience purchasing a car at Sytner Group. Three years ago, we bought our very first car in the UK here, and we were assisted by Dan. He was incredibly patient, explained everything in detail, and made our first car-buying experience in the UK smooth and reassuring.
To our surprise and delight, when we returned today to purchase a new car, we met Dan again ❤️. He is just as professional, patient, and considerate as before, always putting our needs first and providing us with valuable advice. We have complete confidence in him. In fact, it was the positive impression he gave us three years ago that made us trust the company’s after-sales service, which is why we decided to purchase another car here.
We would also like to sincerely thank Declan, the manager, who took the time to explain the contract thoroughly and gave us excellent advice from the customer’s perspective. Both Dan and Declan were professional, genuine, and attentive, which made the entire experience so enjoyable.
We are truly grateful for their outstanding service, and we have decided that we will always return to Sytner Group for future car purchases. I will also recommend this dealership to all my friends, because from purchasing, to changing cars, to after-sales service, everything has been handled with great professionalism and care.Thank you again.

Great visit
I had a car transferred over from the Swindon branch over to the Nottingham site which I was looking into potentially buying. The staff at Nottingham were very attentive, helpful and explained the process very well. I was able to test drive the car, had plenty of time exploring the features and they answered any queries that we had. We mainly dealt with Deen who was very informative throughout. He helped explained everything to us and made the whole process very smooth.
