Sytner Group - Sytner Maidenhead BMW Recensioni 

I have been a customer (reluctantly) of Sytner for years now as there is no option to go elsewhere when you have a warrantee. They are CONSISTENTLY awful. Every single time they never fail to disappoint. I have complained to managers, nothing. It's always the same. Today, despite making an online booking for service weeks ago, the booking was 'lost'. Now trying to rebook over the phone and their phones are not working, the guy claims he can't hear me. Now I have to wait again for him to call me back. Just the most AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

All very easy and thrilled with my car! Oskar was fantastic, even driving the car on a two hour round trip to bring the car to me to test drive! So thoughtful and really appreciated. The whole process was easy and handled so quickly. Brilliant service!

Do Not use this dealership! Absolute cowboys and sold me a car that’s basically a bag of crap! Useless after care. Useless sales person and business manager! SCAMMERS

Whole experience was perfect. I’m not someone who is overly knowledgable with cars, but with the right guidance I found the perfect car for my needs and budget. Everything progressed smoothly and with confidence I was being looked after.

Fantastic service - from the immediate response to my initial enquiry to taking delivery of the car last week Kenny could not have been more helpful in ensuring I had a car tailored to my requirements and could operate all the various features from seat adjustments to parking assist to the satnav and music etc before I left the forecourt

I initiated my quest for different SUV models in the market. Eventually, I settled on a particular model and reached out to the dealership. They proposed scheduling a test drive in the middle of the week, which, unfortunately, clashed with my work commitments. Subsequently, I contemplated exploring BMW options and got in touch with Syntex BMW Maidenhead. To my delight, Asher Brink from the sales department promptly responded to my weekend inquiry and efficiently organized a test drive.

Initially, I had requested a test drive for the X3 model. However, upon my showroom visit, I changed my preference to the iX1. Without any hesitation, Asher accommodated my request and swiftly adjusted the test drive to the iX1. His adaptability and customer-focused approach greatly impressed me, as he clearly recognizes the importance of prioritizing the customer's preferences. Throughout the process, he patiently addressed all my queries and dedicated time to explore their inventory for the specific car that had captured my interest.

Unfortunately, due to time limitations, I couldn't afford an extended wait and explained my situation to Asher. Nevertheless, he continued to provide exceptional service and assistance.

The showroom is very well presented, clean and plenty of parking.

The gentleman who assisted us ( Caolan) was knowledgeable and well informed on the cars we desired. He arranged a last minute test drive with ease and broke down all the key elements to the car very well.

Looking forward to working with him in the future.

Management were present and introduced themselves to us for any additional needs.

Recently collected a new iX from the dealership and was very impressed by the quality of service, pro-activity and support throughout by all the team but especially our advisor, Asher Brink.

He was very informative when we were deciding on the model and spec, arranged a test drive of all the options very quickly and went out of his way to ensure Sytner priced very competitively. Asher kept us in the loop as the car progressed through production and went out of his way to ensure we weren’t inconvenienced by a slightly later than anticipated delivery.

We received a great handover from Asher on the collection day, taking a lot of time to explain all the great features on the car.

Would highly recommend Asher and the team to anyone considering a BMW!

This review is based on my latest purchase from Sytner Maindenhead, the 5th car I’ve had the joy to purchase from Sytner and in particular Carwyn.

Nothing is too much of a problem for Carwyn and the team and through the process you are kept fully in the loop, from the initial chat of “I think I’d like to buy a new BMW from you” to the day you arrive at the showroom to literally unveil your new pride and joy (something my kids have now grown out of but I haven’t) nothing is too much hassle. The support once you drive off the forecourt is fantastic as well. I’ll be buying my next car from Carwyn in a few years time and I’m pretty sure there’s a note in his diary already to get in touch with me for when I need to think about ordering my replacement BMW, I look forward to the call.

I’ve just received my new BMW 1 series 3 days ago,and just felt that I need to give the sales representative(Asher Brink) praise for his excellent customer service and care. From the very first meet through to receiving my new car,Asher has made everything run as smoothly as ever. He was constantly in contact with me,very informative,sent me constant updates on status of my order,and then made the collection of my car very special….a moment I’ll always remember. Asher has a great character to make anyone feel very comfortable straight away,and has great product knowledge. He is a true asset to your company and I wish him all the best as he continues to add value to your business.

Asher was brilliant... patient and kind and very genuine, and this was the case for the person who did the handover of the car and also the manager who unveiled the car in the day of collection. Great team, great people.

I am still suffering from the trauma how I was treated by Maidenhead BMW. Maybe because I am black. Because I was treated unfairly. Purchasing a the 4. They have not even fitted the recall EGR properly. I am told take back to where got it. I am still in disbelief, how I was treated by Styner Group. You should of told the vehicle could not nevet be repaired. Now I am told I should find the funds replace what inherited from Styner!! I am very upset.

When I collected my vehicle Melvin Heir completed the sale successfully and followed up with a call to ensure I was happy with car. I have subsequently called and left a message for him to contact me and also emailed but have not had any response which is a little disappointing as I have now received documentation from the DVLA which I am unsure whether I should forward to Syntner. I also requested a copy of the original advert as there was a query regarding adding an additional extra to the car. I also have received no handbook or vehicle information which I have since been told is normal procedure.

Excellent customer service. Helped answer everything I asked, even the silly questions! They really do go out their way to make sure you have a smooth and great experience.

Outstanding service from Caolan for our brand new 218i purchase. Great pre purchase advice. Handover was detailed, undertaken without any rush and the care was amazing.
