Excellent transaction
Excellent transaction from start to finish. Bill Birch helped guide me through various options when choosing my new car. He was very thorough and knowledgeable but never pushy. Before I ordered the car I was unsure about whether it would be easy to park in my driveway and he kindly brought it over for me to try it.
I’m delighted with my beautiful new car.

1. There was no courtesy car until mid febuary. I could not wait that long for my service and repair.
2. They did not have my tyres in stock so kept my car overnight. I work for myself, the longer the garage has my car I lose work.
3. Spent over £1700 and they did not clean the inside of my car.
4. I had to pay a further £30 in taxis, as well as losing money on my business, to get to and from the showroom.
4. The staff in the showroom were polite and helpful. I cannot fault them.

Very smooth process. Rabia was excellent - very friendly, personable and helpful. The test drive was great - long enough and varied enough to actually experience the car. I had been on two test drives of the same model earlier the same day (a model I'd not driven before), and both were far too short (those dealers just indicated all three would perform "the same", which wasn't useful). This test drive was decisive for my purchase.

POOR HANDOVER CHECK.
Purchased iX 60 Sport, Demonstrator at Sytner Maidenhead. The vehicle had not been pre-checked prior to handover. Faulty software & faulty electric charging flap found within four days of ownership! Unfortunately, all occurred over Xmas period. Dealership advised to call "roadside assistance"! Vehicle returned to the dealership and is now roadworthy. I trust!! All vehicles should be serviced & checked before handover to customers and a report given to the customer to confirm roadworthiness. This did not happen. Very poor.

Disappointing experience
The staff are lovely, however they did not carry out the simple requests I made upon check-in. I asked for my tyre pressures to be checked and for them to update a very old landline number they held for me. Despite giving my mobile number when I dropped off the car, nobody called it so I had to just turn up and hope it was ready. As expected, they had been calling my old landline all afternoon. The car was ready but tyre pressures hadn't been looked at so I'll sort that out myself. Fairly disappointed with these easily fixable things.
