BMW i3 serviced at Sytner
I had my BMW i3 serviced at Sytner.
I have since found that the air conditioning pollen carbon filter had not been changed. I took the filters, there are two, into the service department asked them if these are replaced in the service as the items I took out of my 2018 model looked like they had never been replaced. The service agent said they never replace pollen filters in BMWs. I then asked what was the £56 charge for a microfilter for then? She said it was for an oil filter, even though there was a separate charge of £14 for the oil filter. She then looked at the number on my removed dirty filters and said that didn’t match part number on my receipt so could not be the same thing. I left still not establishing what the microfilter was actually for. When I got home I looked up the BMW part number online to find that it was indeed the pollen carbon filter x 2. I now don’t trust Sytner BMW as they lied to my face! I am now wondering if they even serviced the car at all and just took £350 off me for doing nothing.

Great Communication - Great Car
Great communication.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Mr Tony Gair made the whole process as easy and straightforward as possible.
This was especially important as I travelled down over 500 miles from NE Scotland to collect the car.
Even more so as I first made contact with him whilst I was thousands of miles away in the Balkans.
The car was exactly as he had described in the personal presentation video he had sent me. Immaculate both inside and out.
This was not an easy straightforward purchase, but it was well worth the trouble.
I am delighted with the car and the whole purchase experience with Sytners.

I visited Sytner Luton on the off chance of just looking at a car. Needless to say, the team were amazing and I ended up buying one. I was looked after mainly by Hee and some of his colleagues- they were genuinely helpful, patient with all my questions, informative and overall made the process really easy and effortless. I was really satisfied with the service on the day and the follow up when I returned to pick up the vehicle, which included helping my get my service plan in place. I’m delighted with the car and would highly recommend the dealership to others.

Excellent service from the BMW team at Luton
Excellent service from the BMW team at the Luton branch, especially Hee Kiat Goh who was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my requirements and not just rush for a sale. Also the communication from all the team was excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend the Luton branch for further transactions.

Good sales experience, with a few issues to follow but Dan was keen to resolve these.
Sales experience was better than other sites visited. A few issues occured during staff holiday and some missed calls/emails, but Dan was keen to address this and resolve which is reassuring and would encourage me to return in future.
