Amazing service by Tracy in the Service Dept. She couldn’t have been more helpful, communicative or friendly. Never had a great experience with main dealer service depts (not specifically BMW), I usually feel like I’m being ripped off. The whole experience was brilliant and my car was ready a few days early as well. Thanks Tracy and thanks BMW Sytner Luton.

Throughout the whole process he was exceptionally wonderful. Effective, efficient and very professional. I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend him highly. Fabulous service. Every time I called he called me back, and dealt with any concerns straight away. Emailed me straight away, explaining the process.
He enabled myself and my Father got the best car 218i MSPORT grand coupe and it was very quick in delivery.
Using BMW was the best choice and right choice from the start.
The experience Hee had gave us, was just wonderful, very through and we are grateful for the hard work he put into enable us with a beautiful car.
Always ask for Hee if you are getting a mobility vehicle.
No messing around, he gets the job done.

May I say that I found my sales person…
May I say that I found my sales person Tony Gair to be very cautious and helpful when choosing my new BMW x 3 MSport. I did find the almost 12 month wait to be very frustrating…….. but Tony kept me informed of It’s progress throughout. I do thank him for helping me to keep my patience as the months went by with no car. But I must say that I am thrilled with the car. The car is well worth the wait. Thank you Tony.

Great Place to enjoy your BMW experience
I was a Specialist Cars customer and a very happy one at that, recommending family and friends to drive that bit further to be looked after the right way. The way Dan Tucker has taken care of things and other team members have always welcomed has continued, with the purchase of our new X3 being another great experience and look forward to it continuing under the Sytner banner 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
