Brilliant service. Nothing was to much trouble
Would recommend sytner mini Cardiff. Viada was amazing !

Where do I begin with this.
I took my mini for a simple sunroof and windscreen seal replaced. The car went in on the Monday and didn’t hear anything by Wednesday was told it would be a 1 day job. Turns out they smashed my windscreen and didn’t have the seal for the sunroof. At this point being told lies about the car. After a week I pick the car up. Well there was glass all inside the car they had stained and damaged my headliner, scratched and dented the brand new A pillars I provided, broke the front trim around the windscreen and also broke the drivers side sun visor. Took it back immediately the person works in the service department done a runner. Went back the next day showed them what had happened and they said they would fix it. I thought that’s good thank you. It Got worse, it went back it 2 weeks later .On the 5th day of them having it, and the person said all done you can collect it Monday, on Saturday I went there just to see the car because I couldn’t wait. Oh he lied it had sat there for 5 days in the broken state that it was in but now full of bird mess and dust and mud. Went there on the Monday he didn’t ring mind He told me that I should go to BMW because I can clearly get the parts easier than he can. And I said I need my car for the weekend because I’m going to castle Combe. That week they replaced the trim pieces on the front and a pillars and wet vac the headliner. I take my car and they said they would order a new head liner and drivers side sun visor. After months of battling for these to be replaced being thrown around here and there my grandfather rang BMW in England got hold of head office and told them that this has been going on for 7 months and threatened legal action and the papers I had a new headliner and sun visor 3 weeks later. And one last thing they kept loosing my car no one knew where it was and the receipt was incorrect on the mileage also.
I would truly avoid Sytner MINI Cardiff and and the person is absolute disgrace to the MINI brand. And if you ask anyone about their quality of work they all say run. The one thing they did do good on in all fairness was if you want a back street garage go to them.

finally, yes, I am satisfied with the work carried out. You did not do it as a goodwill gesture because you wouldn’t have replaced the headliner if you hadn’t damaged it beyond repair and I had been told on a number of occasions the “we will have the headliner next month”. I also rang you to say thank you on the level of work carried out and how happy I was with it and your words to me were “ I’m glad your happy with the headliner”. The bold one did lie he is rude and it’s such a shame you have people like that working for yourselves. And you blame my car for things braking yes the car is 21 but when it goes to its regular garage for work to be carried out nothing ever brakes then.

Disappointed that after enquiring about a used car, I called for a third time to chase to be told the car has now sold. I discussing using my own finance instead of Mini’s, which the rep said “we’d really like you to use” and obviously had a higher APR. Not sure I’d ever have heard if I hadn’t chased, the last conversation we had was “I’ll call you back in 10 minutes” after they were checking with a manager about a contribution, no call came, no missed calls for either me or my wife and when I rang the next day they weren’t in the office. A day later the car is “gone”.
It seems disorganised or I was dodged to sell the car with Mini finance. Either way wouldn’t recommend.

Magnificent service. We were treated like royalty and every question was answered, no matter how many, nor how complicated. The whole experience was both informative and sensitive and they were not happy until we were. You won’t find a car and service like this anywhere.

We are loving our new mini! The whole process from viewing, test driving, negotiating and purchase to handover was a breeze with Teah helping us every step. Incredibly helpful, no pressure and just a lovely person to deal with.

Great experience buying a Mini through Cardiff Sytner - Teah was helpful and professional all the way through, especially when things were held up and changes had to be made to the order half way through. Teah kept me updated and the handover was seamless.

Excellent experience purchasing a mini from Cardiff. Teah Bowen made the whole process seamless from start to finish. From the test drive to finding the perfect used mini for our family. Communication was great and she really understood what our requirements were. She was friendly, not pushy and was very helpful when we had any queries. Fabulous customer service.

My whole car buying experience was easy and very enjoyable, due mainly to the professionalism and hard work of my salesperson Teah Bowen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and, very importantly, her communication was excellent. When a blip did occur manager Rory Ellis was swift to put things right in a very gracious manner.

A great team, only went to look but ended up buying the car on the day, we first met Tom only the apprentice but a nice bloke and I'm sure he will do well in the future, we then did the figures and finance with Nick who was also great and sorted everything out for us. We also met the manager Rob Clear who I have dealt with in the past and he was great and also sorted a little rip in the back seat out for us

I like minis so I have had a number of them over the years. I feel like a valued customer . Vaida Kuhlins looked after me . We did have an issue with the car that I ordered as there was delay with the sun roof so we went back to the table and changed the order . The car arrived the following week . Vaida is very good at her role , eager to help

I want to say how fantastic Teah was . He customer service was outstanding.
There had been an issue with my mini which had been previously sold by the same dealership, however rather than go into great detail it was quickly rectified by Rob the manager who again was really supporting and provided a great service. This is my 7 mini but the next service I have ever reviecied in any on your dealerships. Please can you make sure Teah , Rob and Nick are all fed the positive feedback around the service they provided .

Teah and the staff at Sytner Mini Cardiff made the process of buying my new Mini so easy and stress free. Teah went above and beyond and even sent me a video presentation of my new car and arranged for a new set of private plates to be made and fitted as part of the service.

Rachel was great throughout the while process of purchasing our new car . She was knowledgeable, honest and friendly, keeping us informed by email leading up to collection. Tim was also great and got the paperwork side of things done efficiently and hassle free. Thea dealt with the handover in a friendly way, making sure we were happy and on our way quickly with our new car. All staff we dealt with were lovely, would recommend buying car from the dealership.
