Amazing experience ✨
I was contacted in August regarding changing my car. The sales team were very knowledgeable about the cars they offer and could answer all of my questions. During the wait for my car Teah, kept me up to date throughout. On the day I collected my car, I arrived to find my new car in the show room with a bow on top accompanied by a goodie bag. An experience I’ve never had when purchasing a new car before. It made the experience feel very luxurious and special. I would highly recommend Teah and Cardiff Sytner Mini.

After having my car break down and towed to the Mini garage, the team were incredibly helpful and supportive. They made me feel like my car was in the right hands and were available to answer any questions whenever I asked. Though unfortunately my car could not be fixed, the team were incredibly informative and helped me go through all my options. I could not recommend the team more (especially Tom, Rachel and Rob) for their patience and assistance! They may have even converted my dad from an Audi fanatic…

Fairly straightforward process, need more pre-delivery checks
Fairly straightforward process. Decent to deal with, although some detail was lost as the sales team handed over between themselves, but soon sorted. New car delivered however without some key checks, so had to be handed back after 48 hours for repair and removal of soil from the engine bay. Loan car provided. Slightly defensive about the deficiency. All good in the end

I recently completed the purchase of my 4th Mini. Teah Bowen was professional throughout the sales process and always with a smile. Great service, I highly recommend Teah and I’m sure I will be back for Mini no 5 at some point .
Unfortunately the same can’t be said of my experience with Rob!. Very patronising and clearly doesn’t value customer loyalty.

My New Mini experience
Despite issues with delivery of our new car (manual) and then a change of mind by myself (automatic), Synter did everything they could to keep us on the road by providing us with a courtesy car until delivery of our new automatic Mini. They went above and beyond to help us.
Vaida especially was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, firstly when we ordered a manual and then when I decided I wanted to change my order to an automatic. She was a joy in ensuring I had the Mini I wanted.
Many thanks to Vaida and all the staff I dealt with at Synter Cardiff.

Best experience we have had buying our mini from SYTNER Cardiff
Everyone was lovely and very helpful and efficient.
