Smooth efficient service
Service with loan car was good as promised and efficiently done in my time scale. I was updated on progress.

Use another Audi Dealer for Car Services
If you are going to have your car serviced, use another Audi dealer.
I have bought my last 4 cars from Audi Nottingham but have noticed a significant deterioration in the service team. My experience is that all they are interested in is taking your money.
My experience involves the following:
- I had an issue with my Q5 Hybrid not charging intermittently and took it in for an investigation over 2 months ago. The team found no fault and said it must be my charger at home. I had the supplier come out (at my cost) to check the charger and no fault was found.
- I took my car in for a service and MOT and advised them that the issue had got worse and could they please check it again. I explicitly asked them to check the charging cable and explained the charging point had been checked (at my expense).
- I rang later in the day to follow up and the service team did not appear to be aware of the fault and the fact it needed checking. I went in at the time promised to pick up my car and was in the waiting area for around 90 mins. Eventually the car was returned to me and the fault had been the charging cable (as I had suspected and advised them at drop-off). They needed to order a spare one and said it may take a couple of days. I asked if I could borrow one in the meantime and the answer was no.
- I asked if the new cable would be sent to my home and they told me no - I had to come and pick it up.
- I asked if I could pay tomorrow once we had agreed compensation. They said no or they could not give me the keys back (I have been a customer for over 12 years).
- I asked if I could see the manager but they had gone home in-between me arriving and being advised of the situation. I didn't get to leave until after 6pm.
- I paid and asked for a call back the following morning. No call back came and I am still waiting. I have no idea if the part has been ordered or if any action will be taken regarding my out-of-pocket expenses for the cost of the charger test at my home.
I am self-employed and every time I have to drop the car off or am waiting I am not being paid. This does not seem to bother them.
The warning signs have been evident for a while - arriving for the drop-off on time and often having to wait between 10 and 20 minutes for the relevant member of staff to take my key and obtain 1 signature is an indicator of problems downstream.
My experience with the sales team has been great - it's just the service team. If I ran my company in the same way they run their service team, it would go out of business.

After cancelling a Motability order…
After cancelling a Motability order with another dealer,I sent a request for a test drive,at Nottingham
Within the hour was called back,took a test drive for an A3 S line an hour later and was advised the exact model was available on site.
Made the order and could pick the car up later in the week.Over the moon being able to sort within a week to pick my car up.

Highly Recommend for First Class Customer Service & Professionalism
My daughter sadly had an accident and took her vehicle to Synter Nottingham. Paul Mason the Body Shop Manager not only provided peace of mind to myself and my daughter with providing a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the repair, but his communication with us throughout and professionalism was first class. There were significant delays due to her insurance provider which was no fault to the garage and Paul reassured us and remained very professional and courteous at all times. Paul and the staff at The Body Shop Sytner Audi Nottingham were by far the best garage we have ever dealt with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
