Very helpful and pleasant …
Very helpful and pleasant staff,somewhere comfortable and warm to wait , coffee and biscuits served. The only improvement would be an approximate time of the wait.

The long wait
There was a bit of a wait for the work on my car to be completed, however during this time I enjoyed the unlimited drinks and friendly atmosphere. 10/10 would wait again :D

Just had my first service on my A3. Customer Service agent was fabulous (Becca). Booked on the day I requested, arranged for it to be serviced and returned in excellent time. Kept fully informed and loved the video sent to me showing what was done. Good price and returned to me spotlessly clean inside and out. Excellent service deserves 5*’s.

I bought a brand new Q5 with a very…
I bought a brand new Q5 with a very high spec. The technology didn’t work from day one. It spent 7 months out of the first 12 months in the dealership - waiting for numerous ‘software upgrades’! In the end I returned the car as they couldn’t fix it and paid a further £4k for a new one - lower spec! I was not happy but prepared to have one more go - after 3 weeks the steering wheel started juddering - all warning lights lit up and the car told me to pull over immediately! I handed back the keys - awful, awful experience - do not buy an Audi - the technology has superseded their capability - it’s a shocker!
Also the one person who actually helped and listened has gone over night! Peter Elliot was someone who tried to help under adversity - Audi you have serious issues…

Excellent professional service.
I was fortunate enough to be looked after by Chloe in the sales department. Chloe is enormously professional and was extremely helpful over the past month whilst I was looking to buy a new Audi, and at the same time trade in my old Audi A6. This resulted in a smooth and successful transaction.
