From start to finish once my order was placed I was kept updated. Kieran even showed me some other optional extras that were available for me to choose that actually compliments my choice of car. With Kieran’s expert advice I think I was able to make a good choice of car to suit my needs and I appreciated that Kieran really took his time in explaining things fully and answering any questions. The staff were all friendly at the dealership. My choice of car also arrived sooner than anticipated and Kieran made sure those optional extras were added that I’d chosen and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Another bonus was the lovely tea coffee and hot chocolate machine and selection of biscuits that added to the warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Booked for MOT and to fix intermittent fault with "Emergency aerial". I rang around 3.30pm to find out state of car. Promised a call back in "half an hour". 40 minutes later got a text, technician will call in 10 minutes. Got a call at 5.00. Had found a wiring problem, need to order a new wiring loom. Will be ready tomorrow.
When called on Tuesday, still not ready, could not fit the loom.
Had to pick up on Wednesday afternoon!!
The service lady was very apologetic, and £300 was taken off the bill. However she could not explain, why the "Emergency aerial" had to be replaced, at a cost of £700, when the intermittent nature of the fault and subsequent replacement of the wiring loom, suggested that it was a wiring fault all along.
Nobody from the "Technicians" team was available to answer my questions. Rather cowardly I feel.

I booked my Audi SQ7 for a service, MOT, and other routine maintenance on 3rd and 4th June 2024, at Sytner Nottingham Audi. The Service Manager, Billy Hobbs, and Service Adviser, Lewis Barker, took excellent care of me.

After the service, an issue arose. However, Billy and Lewis promptly arranged to pick up my car, inspect the fault, and resolve it quickly. While problems can be frustrating, the true mark of a good company—and in this case, a great franchise dealership—is the quality of its people. I have always trusted the Audi brand and the team behind it, so a big thank you to Billy and Lewis for their swift resolution of my issue.

Subsequently I booked my wife's Audi A3 in for a Service & MOT on 17th July 2024, this time looked after Leah Lovatt, again well looked after.

I have owned various Audi vehicles since 2002 and always serviced my cars at Audi dealerships. This is the first time I have visited a Sytner garage and must say I was happy with the service I received and will continue using them.

I have been coming to sytner nottingham for my cars for a number of years now there is never any issues and the staff are always great. A special mention to James Owens who I dealt with for my most recent new vehicle who could not do enough for me and made the process as easy as possible.

Would always reccomend.

Was given a reminder that my car needed booking in, was able to wait in comfortable surroundings while the oil change was done - even vacuumed the inside iof the car! Great friendly service from everyone.

We bought a lovely Audi A4 Avant from Sytner Audi, Vernon was very easy going on the phone and supplied videos and photos as the car had only just come up for resale. Hannah was also extremely helpful on providing options to acquire with trade in of A7. We visited the following Friday and we very impressed with their patience and professionalism and we bought the car after and afternoons deliberation. We are very pleased with the car, there was a small issue but Vernon and Hannah handled it very quickly and professionally - highly recommend them both Sytner Audi - thank you

James Owens in particular went above and beyond to make sure we received all information we needed and answered every question we asked prior to making a purchase and again after the purchase to make sure we were 100% happy with the choice we’d made. Liam Riddle was great.Attentive, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my queries or do the necessary research. He made me feel comfortable and really helped with narrowing down my choices. Despite trying his upmost to find the right car for me, there wasn't anything in his fleet currently that quite fit my needs. Would have loved to give him the sale . Very kind gentleman!

I shopped around 3 dealerships, Mercedes, Audi and BMW. I decided to go with an Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback Black Edition. Before the purchase of this car, I owned a Mercedes A Class which I really liked, so I was leaning towards Mercedes but I was also open to an BMW X1 (I was previously very close to ordering electric X1's as a company car but pulled out of that due to a shoddy experience with BMW and Stratstone group, the deposit was paid and we were set on the cars). Out of all 3 dealerships, only an Audi salesman (Keith at the time) came up to me. I'm 29 years old, look younger and probably wasn't perceived to be a serious buyer by the other dealerships and was therefore ignored (plenty of people on the shop floor to come over to me). I'm not massively into cars, so I was open to other models, but I genuinely went with the Audi as a result of feeling respected. I own a small business myself, I treat everyone with respect and I don't pre-judge anyone. I'm a simple bloke and out of principle, I would specifically ignore those two dealerships moving forward. Out of the same principle, when the time comes again for me to look at new cars, I will be going to Nottingham Audi first and giving them first dibs to see what they have in at the time. I'm not massive into cars and I'm fairly sure Audi will have it covered when I need them. Keith left Audi whilst my car was on order, but it was swiftly picked up by Ian who was always on the other end of the phone or email when I needed him. When I came to pick the car up, no surprises, no messing around. They stuck to their word and got the car in and out. Great service. Also, the amount of people who work friendly, respectful and polite in the dealership even though they were not involved in the deal is testament to a good team at the Nottingham site.
