I've been dealing with Adrian Jones who was very accommodating at first introduction, giving that we just turned up with no appointment. He gave us time with no rush to make a decision and we ended up purchasing a car in one visit.

I can honestly say Marenello has become my go to garage, I have brought two cars from there, pre ordered a new one and sent clients and colleagues there who have all brought cars.
I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
I have never been made so welcome or made so comfortable buy both Adrian and Hamza when buying both cars with no pressure whatsoever. The service from start to finish is absolutely second to none.

Booked my Ferrari in for a service with a pick up and return on a covered truck. An issue occurred in the process which was resolved and I even received a call from the MD, Howard R,to sort things out, so rating now changed to "impressed".

Great experience, I made and enquiry online about a specific car over the internet, I was contacted by email and then by phone immediately. I was given a detailed description on the vehicle, I explained I lived up north and could not just pop in and view the car. The Sales person Adrian Jones suggested on a video which he sent to me a very detailed one, on seeing this i decided to go through with the purchase and to be honest it was the easiest process to buy a car that i have been through. I Told Adrian we would travel to London the night before and he recommended places to stay and restaurants to eat in not far from the dealership excellent recommendations. On the day everything went seamlessly as we had all ready done the deal. Nice touches with a tour around the dealership all the( beautiful Ferrari's. ) and endless lovely cups of coffee, So a big thankyou to Adrian and his team for making it an enjoyable purchase.

I first met Ray 4 years ago in connection with the possibility of purchasing a Levante, and had a test drive. As circumstances changed, I finally seriously considered a change this month, June 2021, and again made contact with Ray. We had another test drive and I decided to purchase a Levante. Ray was excellent to deal with, was not high pressure and the delivery process was carried out and completed in a very professional way.

We found the whole experience a refreshing change from other similar Car Dealerships. Being some distance from a Maserati Dealership I had concerns about living with any purchase but these fears were allayed after an initial conversation with the Service Dept & then subsequently the Sales Team.
