Good customer service at Maserati Edinburgh.
Great service, pick up and drop was perfect as we live about 35/40 minutes drive away. We also got a courtesy car while the car was having its first service. Terry was very helpful @ Edinburgh even though my car has a recall and has to go back 🙁.

Terrible experience with the sales team
Given a different impression of the F430 which I bought and I expressed my great disappointment to Ferrari Edinburgh. I get pushed from one sales to another and offered 500 in compensation and literally asking me to F*** off. This is not how you treat your returning customers who has been buying supercars from you.
Till date (after a few weeks) I am still waiting for the return process. Written in multiple emails and get ignored.

As always the service provided by Bentley was excellent as you would expect.
A minor point but I find their telephone service confusing, you call Bentley Edinburgh and they answer Lamborghini or Ferrari but never Bentley, the impression being that their Bentley franchise is unimportant.

Service department at Ferrari Edinburgh is the best I used at any dealership throughout my history of car ownership . I value there efficiency and honesty and the attention to customer requirements .
Also enjoyed the sales departments attention to my current requirements
