The team faced challenges over the scheduled service date for my car and they worked with me to still make the as planned service happen.
The team also provided support, first stage support to get my Ferrari app for my 296 operational, situation ongoing.
Team also provided some great ownership advice and practical support.
Impressed to date. Looking forward to attending events and continuing to build a relationship with a very welcoming and accommodating team.

Steven managed the whole process from drop-off to pick-up really professionally. He kept me updated through the service and MOT process and the car was ready for collection when he said it would be. In addition, Steven arranged a courtesy car for me whilst my car was with the dealership.

I collected my new Bentley Continental GT Speed Hybrid on April 17th. This is the 5th car I have had from Graypaul Edinburgh in the last 10 years, 3 Maserati's and 2 Continental GT's. The service, from Graypaul is second to none from purchase, through ownership and disposal.

The vehicles speak for themselves. The service is a credit to Chris MacMurdo and his excellent team.

Exceptional experience in every way.

Excellent service for start to finish. Car picked up by the excellent Steven and dropped back off by him after brake repair in sparking condition. The loan car Steven left with me with was a nearly new Audi A5 so was perfect for the day.

From a morning mishap on our UK roads causing a safety issue for forward travel, Bentley Edinburgh without a pre booking assisted, resolved the issue and checked everything no drama and efficiently allowing progress on the day.

Very easy to talk to and car was cleaned and was left in good condition.

It was easy to get an appointment.
The pick up and return along with the provided courtesy car is a much appreciated service.

Very good reception I was greeted very well.was kept up to date with the progress on my car and the only downside was the bill 😂

The service team at what remains of the Maserati new car showroom in Edinburgh are world class. Faultless reception, 2nd service of Grecale Modena carried out quickly and efficiently. Car returned valeted and “as new”.
I would have preferred to be able to see and try the Grecale Trofeo and the Fulgore versions, as I originally wanted the Trofeo , but this was not available in Scotland at the time ( except in first edition bright yellow which wasn’t suitable. )
Birmingham isn’t a realistic option for me, or any other Scots I suspect. It’s a pity Synter has written Scotland off, as I know many Maserati enthusiasts here. The way in which the brand has been presented has so far has been very low key for such a brilliant sporting SUV which gives a joyful driving experience compared to the dull alternatives from its high volume mass production competitors.
Scotland loves you Synter, please come back again.
