Ordered from Dell no tracking

Ordered from Dell. Concerned about all the 1 star reviews. My delivery is not overdue yet but no updates on the tracking since Dell said it was despatched, so I expect to be dissatisfied.

dell monitor arrived quick and on time

I ordered a monitor from dell and was told it would arrive in 2 days. It arrived in 2 days time just like it said and so I have no complaints. I was preparing for the worst after reading these reviews but my experience with the company was honestly great.

No delivery when promised and no update

After ordering a dell laptop on the 15/12/2022 I received a very blunt email from Syncreon:
Your delivery date is 20/12/2022 between 08:00 and 18:00
This cannot be changed, someone must be in to receive the goods etc, etc.

So after spending the day waiting nothing turned up, no laptop, no text, email, phone call etc. Absolutely appalling service in 2022, no contact details nothing.

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical, ordered iPhone 14pro, waited a month, didn’t deliver on the day they said, waited in 2 whole days, parcel arrived, not my shiny new iPhone but a non apple portable usb charger, now I’ve got the hassle of trying to sort out this mess, why are apple using this company when their reviews are so so bad ??

no reaction to emails, three different delivery dates, high delay in updates, packet idling since 2 days in depot, etc.

Supplied with three delievery dates. stayed home and waiting for delivery. DELL supplied me with december 11th, on automated hotline it is 12th and on the tracking website now 13th. However my delivery is idling in the last depot since december 9th 05:50 am, so even a delivery was realistic for that date. I do not have a clear info when my delivery is arriving me and therefore cannot plan ahead.

DELL describes their "own partner" syncreon as highly unreliable. their email repsonses take more than 24h and their parcel updates (batch it seems) more than 12h in their platform. also they wont reveal the proper tracking number of the local partner. means you cannot even contact them or visit the nearby distribution center to pick it up yourself.

Update:
package has been delivered today. Planzer did a really good job. quite the opposite to syncreon.

VERY BAD communication and logistics

VERY BAD communication and logistics.
Impossible to contact Syncreon, I ordered an ipad, undelivered on a couple of dates without letting me know time/date, apple investigated and arranged a new date to deliver, ignored. Syncreon decided on their own date when I again won't be at home. Tried to have it sent back to apple depot but was told I need to wait for Syncreon to fail at delivery again. VERY BAD communication, logistics, no messages with time slots nor with options to reschedule. Before buying anything again I will check a delivery company to make sure it is not syncreon.

False Delivery Date and No Update Info

Bought a 2k CHF Dell laptop and received the tracking info of syncreon that it should be delivered on 05/12, wait for the whole day but nothing happened. Same for the next day, and the tracking info did not update since then. It is unsatisfying to wait at home with wrong ETA to receive the parcel.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service! Why on earth do Dell use this company. Bought a £2k laptop and after first delivery “lost” my laptop Dell arranged for a replacement to be sent. Delivery company claim they have delivered this laptop, total lie, no deliver attempt was made and I still have no laptop. Avoid avoid! Now I need to figure out how to get my money back. Utterly disappointing.

False tracking info

Order was supposed to have been delivered 29/11. Tracking info says a delivery was attempted, but our Ring doorbell recordings prove this is false. Need this laptop we ordered from DELL urgently as it is to be used for homework on a holiday we leave for very soon. No contact details for Syncreon on their tracking website. Not happy at all!

Defies belief

Yet another unhappy Dell customer here. Laptop supposed to be delivered on 29/11, so I worked from home that day to receive it. But it didn't turn up. Next day it was out for delivery - never arrived. Next day it was out for delivery again - so today a DHL driver tried to deliver a package. I'm guessing it was the laptop judging by the door camera footage, but no one was in so it was taken away - no card through the door though. So I go on to DHL and manage to track the parcel. The next day, DHL tracking tells me my package is drop number 175 - they seriously expect a driver to deliver 175 parcels in one day !! - but guess what, it didn't arrive. Now DHL say the order number doesn't exist so I am back to square one - somehow Dell have managed to combine the two most useless delivery companies out there - what a great way to treat your customers.

0 stars if possible and possible dodgy company

Used by dell to deliver £2000+ laptop and they didn’t deliver saying that the order wasn’t sent to them. They were however able to deliver the cheaper items of a mouse and case. As with all reviews something dodgy with this company and unsure why Dell continue to use them when they have 85% 1 star reviews. If possible would’ve given them 0 stars. Now have to start the process of trying to find my laptop as they have no contact.

Awful - AVOID

Awful - tracking doesn’t update. Laptop hasn’t arrived two days in a row when the tracking said it would arrive yesterday, then today. Guess what - still no sign of my laptop.

Another Failed Delivery Promise - UPDATED 6/12/22

Having read all the reviews about delivery problems with Dell Computers, this is another one to add to the list - Alan, you seem to have a full time job fielding complaints - good luck!

Laptop ordered 28/11/22 with next day delivery. That soon changed to a delivery date of 1/12/22 (today). Problem is Syncreon tracking shows delivery due on 29/11/22 and tracking has not changed for 2 days and only shows order has shipped - it doesn't appear to have moved through the delivery cycle.

Other customer comments together with any lack of contact or updated tracking advice from Syncreon leave me to doubt if the laptop will actually be delivered today - so when will I receive it?

Updated 10pm 1/12/2022 - no delivery today (no surprise there then) & no change in order status from Syncreon - where is my order?

3/12/2022 - thanks for picking this up Alan & thanks for the Customer Services reply also; upshot appears to be that it's lost (stolen?) but now I have to wait yet again for someone to find it - not the way to run a business I'm afraid. AS the customer, I've done nothing wrong but I'm forced to wait - WHY? Tell Dell it's lost/stolen and arrange an immediate replacement.

5/12/22 - nothing further from Syncreon - not even responses to my emails anymore. Admit it. you've lost the laptop and most likely its been stolen - please arrange an immediate replacement from Dell without further delay.

6/12/22 - finally an admission from Syncreon - that they can't find the laptop and suggest initiating a claim with Dell.

My own conclusion - parcels from Dell, clearly containing a laptop don't simply go missing or vanish into thin air - THEY GET STOLEN!! - what a scam......

No update on progress

I had concerns about my parcel and I expressed it on Trustpilot. Within one hour Syncreon got back to me and explained in detail what was happening with my delivery.

Awful

Update - so apparently the order was dispatched from their warehouse and then not scanned in the sortation center. Searches are currently underway in their warehouse & delivery partner (so did it left the warehouse or not?)
Oh - and apparently if its not located after they have completed their searches then they will signal Dell to send a replacement at 'no extra cost to me'...that's good to know.
Only over a week wasted for a next day delivery service

They even emailed to ask if I received it but did not even know my house number for the 'apparent' delivery

Awful. Ordered a Dell 2K laptop - next day delivey - yeah right - a week later nothing and the same update on the website saying expected delivery date now 5 days ago. Appalling.No idea when it will arrive, if ever and how many more days do I need to stay at home? Ridiculous. What the hell are Dell doing using a company like this??

Bought a laptop from Dell on 18…

Updated: on trustpilot the company was very fast in answering and we discussed the problem together.
I only hope there was an easier way to contact the costumer support.

Bought a laptop from Dell on 18 November. The laptop was shipped on 20 November and I was given a tracking link. After 8 days of waiting the tracking link has still no information and the webpage displayed 'Our warehouse has not yet received your order'.
Pretty poor tracking tbh.

Dells delivery service experience

Dells delivery service, as so many reviews on this site, is not fit for purpose. Next day delivery morphed into the carrier's (Syncreon) 'original estimated arrival' date. Now todays 'estimated arrival' date shows laptop at local depot, still not out for delivery. If it does arrive, at a future date, after the weekend, I will probably be away. Cannot contact Sychreon, their messaging page doesnt work. Used Dell's online chat service who's agent has appointed a 'specialist' to contact Syncreon look into this but who takes 24-48 hours to follow up with Syncreon, which is longer than the original delivery. Delays are one thing, but lack of 'updates' on 'delays' is another.
SYNCREONS FEEDBACK to me is to say the laptop has been delivered now and they are looking into why their tracking did not update. SADLY laptop has not been delivered. Apparently it has been lost.

Nothing but problems and now chasing up…

Nothing but problems and now chasing up a missing parcel. Both me and the seller were unable to reach this company. Tracking never updates, no emails or notifications regarding my item or tracking. Even their own website contact us form doesn't work. Great stuff!!!

Would never use this company again, but unfortunately, some sellers still do.
