Worthless service

Ordered a £1000 laptop and the delivery guy could not even be bothered to call me before claiming 'customer not available'.
Btw, the I took the day oof just for this and apparently the customer was not available at 8:30 pm.

Impossible to reach, find a way through trustpilot

I tried to contact them even through them website customer service email but it doesnt work. how can i contact them about my order? Like everyone in the review, we have the problem to track the parcel. how can we get some update ? i hope i will contact back from your department.

I am going to edit the stars too, I could say the problem was solve and the guy contacted me the next day. It seems the big problem is the communication between them and dell, he apologized and he sent me the right information for check my delivery. Unfortunately Syncreon doesn’t give any updates about the parcel until they receive it, and it makes sense, a part of the blind period when our parcel will be in travel to reach them depot. Btw he was so kind and he was on my problem really quickly. I hope my review help the other people, and he confirmed they will work on it.

Einzige Katastrophe! Mit Abstand schlechtester Paketlieferdienst.

Habe am 8. November einen Laptop bei Dell bestellt und da ich mich beim Bestellvorgang verklickt habe sofort eine Stornierung beantragt.
Der PC ging dann doch in den Versand, aber der Kurier wurde von Dell umgehend beauftragt die Ware nicht zuzustellen.
Seither hat sich der Trackingstatus nicht mehr bewegt, mein Geld (ca. 1500 CHF) ist weg und die Ware ebenfalls verschollen.
Das Tracking-System ist eh eine Katastrophe, sieht aus wie von 1980 und man hat keine Ahnung wo sich eine Lieferung derzeit befindet.
Daher grosse Warnung auf gar keinen Fall bei Dell zu bestellen, bevor sie nicht zu einem zuverlässigeren Versanddienstleister wechseln.
Ob ich jemals mein Geld wiedersehe weiss ich derzeit noch nicht.
Kontakttelefonnummern bei Syncreon gibt es logischerweise auch nicht.

- Die Order (Auftragsnummer 710289509) wurde unterwegs umgeleitet, ist nach wie vor nicht zurück bei Dell. Das nach immerhin 10 Tagen. Unglaublich. Im Tracking-System von Syncreon findet man gar nichts mehr zu der Bestellung. Schlechter geht es kaum.

Simply the worst delivery company ever

I don't have high hopes for delivery companies but this is without doubt the worst experience I've had by a mile.

I ordered a laptop from Dell and was informed by them that it was shipped over a week ago, and provided tracking details for the Syncreon website.

Syncreon has been showing that they have not even received the item for the last week. Today I receive an email from them saying the item is going to be delivered tomorrow (some time between 8am - 6pm). Looking on their website it says that they still haven't even received the item.

No idea if they will actually deliver tomorrow (seems unlikely), but presumably I am expected to stay at home all day and hope that they do despite apparently not having the item.

The website looks like it is from about 1998, I have no idea why a company like Dell is using this provider and will be informing them that my business will purchase nothing further from them until they use an alternative.

iPhone not delivered

My iPhone was out for delivery this morning. By 16:30 it has changed to incomplete delivery whatever that means. I've been waiting all day so they don't miss me. This guy's didn't turn up and have returned the iPhone bact to their terminal. New date for delivery is now 31/10/22 which was the date given by apple. Why not stick to the apple date rather make me change my appointment for today.
No communication in any form.this is not good at all.

Extremely poor delivery system

Very poor delivery system. No accurate date of delivery. Got email from Dell saying that I can track parcel on link and no details showing. Why can a large organisation such as this give accurate information. Now had another email from Dell telling me that the delivery will be tomorrow but time slot is from 08:00 to 18:00 - appalling as other companies give a 2 hour slot. WE DO HAVE LIVES TO LIVE!
Never buying from Dell again

Incredibly disappointing

Update: package finally came, there good at communicating that it's not there fault for the large timeframe but they still have not delivered one of my parcels but claim they have. Still would recommend avoiding them.
Tracking system is dire. It's showing as they haven't received my parcel and it's been over 5 days.
It would be fine if it was a small purchase but this is a very expensive laptop! Which I've already been waiting two weeks to receive.

It's difficult to even get in touch with them as the website is difficult to navigate.

There's no point having a tracking syste if it doesn't show anything !

Order Progress

For transparency I will leave the original text of my review below, however, I have amended my review as, after submitting this Trustpilot review, Connor from Syncreon reached out to explain that the order status is as such as Dell is shipping my laptop from their manufacturing site in China which can take up to 10 working days to arrive with Syncreon i.e. it sounds like they are not responsible for the entire journey from Dell manufacturing to my door. Once the parcel is received by Syncreon then the tracking will be updated accordingly.

I think Dell have managed to select a courier that is worse than Yodel and Hermes/Evri combined! Laptop dispatched on 16th and, as of today (23rd), it’s still showing “ Your order has not yet been received by our warehouse” on the Syncreon tracking site - I find it difficult to believe that Dell would still be holding on to it that long and that it’s never hit a single tracking stage with Syncreon to receive an update.

Tracking system is poor

Syncreon’s tracking system is not very detailed, unreliable, old school design and not many features to the system in my point of view, especially when you order a technology product which is a high value item.

Poor tracking

Poor tracking, poor delivery, ordered a laptop from dell,

still awaiting tracking, as i have no idea where my EXPENSIVE dell laptop is....

if I knew they used such a crap delivery services I would have bought elsewhere, poor business decision from dell

ZERO STARS ! VERY BAD

There should be an option to De-Rate this company! One star is too many, my husband has been given two delivery dates, one of which has passed already! The Tracking info shows it hasn't even commenced its journey and yet we are to expect it tomorrow. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE TO SAY THE LEAST.

Always a working day late

No idea why companies like Dell and Apple stick with these guys. Syncreon almost always tell me the item will arrive a day earlier than was first planned, the place I bought the item from then tells me this new earlier date, then it always arrives 1 working day later. Makes it very hard to ensure someone is in for what is usually a high value item. Such an old school system, better to use a decent courier that gives accurate dates, tracking and a delivery slot as standard.

Apple iPhone shipped early and I was to…

Apple iPhone shipped early and I was to be out of country. Rescheduled for Monday 3rd October which has been confirmed on the ‘tracker’.
Well believe it or not the phone didn’t arrive.
Guess what? I’m overseas again from tomorrow ( Tuesday ) for the rest of the week.

Looks like the phone will be going back to Apple when the delivery finally decides to turn up and there’s no one at home.

No communication, no email, no delivery slot.
I’m sorry it’s just not good enough.

Disaster

Disaster. Said my laptop would be delivered yesterday... Nope. OK fair enough, surely I will then be definitely getting it today (maybe as a priority) seeing as I've now had to stay in for 2 full days waiting for a delivery with no time slot allocated. Nope. Useless. I'd advise Dell to use a different provider.

No updates, no communication and no delivery.

Placed an order with Dell with next day delivery but this company has other ideas. They received the stock at 3am and it was supposedly out for delivery at 7am. I received no updates, communication during the day and eventually no delivery. At 8pm updated to read they are working to delver as soon as possible. No idea when , what a way to run a company.

Tracking number doesn't work

Tracking number doesn't work, just being told my customer number doesn't match.
For a 3k laptop you'd expect better service or at least tracking information that actually worked.
Will be my last time using any company that ships with this logistics company
