Not a good first impression l

Hi Team,

It is with great dissatisfaction I have to say that since past 2 days my order status keeps showing "customer not available " without someone calling me on my phone or attempting to deliver at the address. It's an Appartment and nobody has rang from intercom neither called on mobile, how can they put order on hold??

Totally disgusting service.

Can my dell PC be delivered as its impacting my work???

Very good service

I ordered a laptop from DELL on 15-Mar-2023 at 15:10.
It was correctly delivered to me by Syncreon on 16-Mar-2023 at 13:45.
Excellent work by DELL and by Syncreon.

FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPT

I am waiting for a delivery from DELL, I am working from home, which makes me sitting in my home not going anywhere receiving updates that delivery was missed and they couldn't contact me???? what is this crap?? nobody rang my house. Looking at these reviews is beyond my understanding how often is this happening and how are the drivers getting away with these fake deliveries. If I knew this useless company would delivery my box I would never ordered this product from Dell. FIX THIS ASAP

EDIT: Customer representative Connor reached out to me alongside Dell and coordinated the delivery of the product in less than a day after the incident, delivery driver rang my door bell this time. Give those guys a payrise please they deserve it. Thanks for fixing it

No communication

Ok, someone contacted me saying dell didn’t provide them with my number hence the reason they couldn’t call me, I then replied back with my contact number asking them to call me when they get there, I checked online now and it says a delivery was attempted today but no one actually called, I’m beginning to think that these are all fake attempts what the hell is wrong with your service

Terrible service

Terrible service. Dell handed over a new Tower PC to Syncreon on 15th February with my house number missing. This was immediately supplied but I've not been able to get any further information 2 weeks later. Where is my PC Syncreon?

useless is an understatement

i am awaiting a laptop from dell which they say has arrived at the syncreon warehouse nearly a week ago and the tracker is still showing waiting and it was meant to be delivered today. why cant dell continue to use dpd and UPS like they used to always used to use and would arrive next day

Surprised to see an average rating of 1.7

Was supposed to receive a dell system delivery on 24th January 2023. Till date (12 February 2023), there is no proper response from neither syncreon nor dell. If It had been in my hands (and not a work desktop) would have chosen an alternative make with a reliable delivery partner. Surprised to see this crap having a rating of 1.7.

FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPT

Hello Everyone,

I have bought a monitor that supposed to be next day delivery on 7th of january 2023.

Today is 10th never had a real attempt of delivery, according to tracker they tried to deliver to a company past 7pm TO A BUSINESS after 7pm.

Regardless we do have security in the building who never had anyone turning up at that hour even our cameras couldn't confirm his delivery attempt.

What I'm worried is that we are expecting another delivery for next week for a expensive item but based on this experience and other reviews not sure if it will arrive in time or ever.

I would suggest to anyone who is planning to order at DELL website to be prepared to WAIT.

Delivery from dell- another syncreon tale of woe

Delivery from dell.

Email from syncreon on Monday to wait in all day Tuesday for the deliver. Changed message at 17:30.

Syncreon says

"We are waiting for all parts of your order to be received
Please contact your supplier"

Packing slip from dell says there is one box.

What an utterly useless company this lot are.

Don't ever buy from dell as their logistics partner is horrendous.

Another Dell non-delivery

Ordered a Dell laptop charger on 11th Jan, delivery was scheduled for 16th which would have been OK. Tracking website said it had been shipped, but not delivered, and was due to be delivered on 17th Jan. Got a phone call from Dell on 23rd Jan asking if it had been delivered, which is a nice touch from Dell. It's now 31st Jan and the website still says it's due for delivery on 17th Jan. Rang Syncreon today, they said there is already a case open for this - so they know about it, but haven't delivered it. Rang Dell, who confirmed there was an investigation underway. Customer service is actually OK, but they can't deliver. Not good.

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company. Ordered a new laptop from Dell on 05/01/2023 with a 'Next Day Delivery'. Got an email from Syncreon saying that delivery would be made on 06/01/2023 between the hours of 0800 - 1800 and someone must be here to sign for it. Waited in all day Friday, checked on Syncreons tracking, which told me my package had been received into their hub ay 2206 on 05/01/2023. around 1500 on 06/01/2023, I received an update to say my order had been delayed. Except, this was not the laptop, it was a Mouse I had ordered after the laptop. The laptop did not arrive. Contacted Dell, who in turn contact Syncreon, who apparently told Dell that the tracking system had developed a fault. On Monday 9th, I had an online chat with Dell. The upshot of which was an escalation to One Dell Care. Tuesday 10th ended up with a plethora of emails between myself and Dell. After contacting Syncreon again, Dell came back to me to say the laptop had been lost. Dell, to their credit, arranged for a replacement to be sent asap. 11/01/2023. Received several texts from Dell Technology's. 1: Confirming the new order, eta 12/01/2023. This came in at 0838 on the 11th. 2: At 1346 on the 12th, a text arrived to say my original order had been delivered on 06/01/2023. It hadn't, because on the 11th, it was still 'lost'. 3: At 1647 a text told me that my replacement order has been shipped and is in transit. And now another twist. Notifications received from DHL reckon there is an eta of 12/01/2023. For the original laptop and the replacement. So, here I am, a week on from ordering with next day delivery, still waiting. Awful, awful service. No wondering why there are so many 1* ratings. PS. They did manage to deliver the mouse that had been 'delayed'. Why do Dell use this useless company????

Expected an ETA of the 13th of January…

Expected an ETA of the 13th of January for my Dell Alienware laptop,but the tracking information hasnt been updated in a while. No information on where my product is or where the ship is absolute shambles! The worst thing is, I had no choice in shipping companies as Dell use these cowboys for everything. DO NOT USE DELL AT ALL

Hopeless delivery company

Hopeless delivery company.

We order a fair bit from Dell but is seems like there's a delivery issues with 50% of the stuff we order.
*This time* it's the inability of Dell/Syncreon to rearrange a failed delivery (after explicitly telling Dell the office will be closed over the Xmas break), to have to chase for redelivery (no automatic - 'sorry we couldn't deliver, we'll try again on...') and when I do chase to basically be told inaccurate information.

Something somewhere between Dell and Syncreon is broken. I do not like to be told by Dell "It'll arrive tomorrow" when the tracking data clearly shows the package sitting around doing nothing (or worse, going back to the warehouse) and I have to call Dell a second time (and a 24 hour wait) to see any changes/redelivery emails.

Okay, things 'sometimes' go wrong but this is a recurring theme with our Dell deliveries.

After no updates or options for…

After no updates or options for scheduling a delivery, I received an email today saying my laptop will be delivered tomorrow and to be available for it for the full day. I cannot simply reschedule my work obligations tomorrow on such short notice. No clear way to reschedule or contact the delivery service. Unrealistic service with bad communication.

Yet another excuse

I last wrote on here 6 days ago. I had been given 3 delivery dates, the machine from Dell didn’t turn up.
I have been given 3 further dates, the last being today between 08.00 - 13.00, needless to say, it didn’t turn up! This company can’t even spell “customer service”, let alone deliver it!! Do not buy Dell products if they are being delivered by this bunch of cowboys!

Yet another excuse!
I have received another response, stating that another person is looking at my case! I have cancelled my order! I hope Dell have more luck in getting their machine back, that I had getting it delivered.
This company is a disgrace. DO NOT BUY FROM DELL!
