Lied about attempting delivery of my Dell Laptop twice. Third day I'm now working from home waiting for them to deliver. Their tracking solution is outdated, their communication is terrible and their customer service is worse.

I had been eagerly anticipating a significant delivery from Dell, consisting of 30 boxes. However, to my disappointment, only 13 boxes were delivered, and the remaining items seem to have gone missing. According to the system, the entire order has been marked as delivered. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and will be lodging a complaint with Dell. The company's tracking system is highly unreliable, and I believe they need to address this issue promptly.

Inaccurate tracking information retrospectively updated. Fake delivery attempts that never happened. Awful to make contact with. Edit 21/06 - Finally got through to someone who from the get go was defensive and stroppy.

Never update their tracking tool. Changed the dates 3 times for Alienware delivery . Won’t be in now so sending it back to dell for refund . Got to be the worst distribution company in the uk

They cancel twice my delivery and i took 2 day's off from work for this... now they move the delivery day to the 16 when i am in work with this text message: As your order is already on its way we regret it's too late to change the following details:
1. delivery date
2. delivery address
3. order details
Why is to late to change the delivery address? I wasn't late !! You've been late and now i am working... i can't stay home one week because this company are not capable to deliver an item !!

I was due delivery of a Dell laptop on Thurs 8/6. Received an email from both Dell informing me that my laptop was on its way early and from Syncreon saying that the item would be delivered between 8 am and 6 pm. Waited all day. Nothing until checked the tracker at 5:30 only to find it had gone back to the depot. No contact at all! Then today (12/6) noted the tracker said delivery today, so I waited all day only to find that at 16:17 tracker said delivery was attempted but the customer was unavailable. Absolute rubbish as my house has a long driveway and video surveillance. No activity this afternoon at all. So I have no idea where the driver thought he was. Very bad service indeed, and I will be taking this up with Dell as it is costing my business time and money.

Fake delivery attempt for Dell monitor. No one called neither my doorbell nor my phone. My house is never unattended. Delivery marked as site is not accessible (WTH?).

Laptop ordered for next day delivery, making it due on 8 June. Waited all day and no delivery.
No one is able to say where this item has vanished to, seems to have vanished in transit somewhere.
Really poor tracking info means I've just been asked to wait with no idea of when or if it will ever be found and delivered.

Terrible terrible delivery service... a 24 hour delivery takes 10 days from being shipped by the vendor.... I will never use a vendor that has Syncreon as their delivery partner

War grundsätzlich ok, syncreon hatte gefühlt mit der Auslieferung nichts zu tun, da das Paket zuerst von Dell an syncreon geliefert wurde aus China. Vom Tag an dem Dell aus China die Fracht gestartet hat, hat sich im Tracking von Syncreon nichts getan hatausser dass der voraussichtliche Termin änderte, daher die Annahme, dass syncreon bis dahin nichts mit dem Paket zu tun hatte. Als dann das Paket in der Schweiz weiter verschickt wurde zu mir, wurde es von Planzer verschickt und im Tracking von syncreon war ich mir nie sicher, was genau los war. Ich weiss auch nicht, was genau syncreon bei dieser Lieferung getan hat, da relativ untransparent.

I ordered an engraved iPad 10 for my moms birthday along with a Magic Keyboard folio and an Apple TV box.
Box arrived with iPad missing, box had 1 thin piece of clear tape on top and one at bottom. As it turns out, someone peeled
off bottom tape, removed iPad, stuck it back on.
Abysmal packing, terrible handling. Box weighted 2.28 kgs when it left their warehouse, was 1.71kgs when it got to me.
Now locked in a nightmarish game of blame between Apple DHL and Syncreon, meanwhile my moms birthday is nearly here and no iPad!!!
Apple Store guys convinced to me order online for free personal engraving. Said it would “make her birthday truly memorable”

Either some thief has the iPad with her personal info engraved or someone at Syncreon warehouse misplaced it.
Because the day I ordered it Syncreon tracking showed “picked up” from their warehouse at 21:45 and at 22:12 Apple send an email with a delivery note ONLY MENTIONING TWO ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, the Magic Keyboard folio and the Apple TV box.
And like some kind of prophesy, that’s exactly what happened!!
Apple keeps copy pasting : We have completed our review with the carrier regarding your shipment, and confirmed that it was successfully delivered to the address entered when you placed your order. As a result, we're unable to provide a replacement or process a refund.
Suffice to say this absolute fiasco has cost us so much time money and stress, we’re looking to take it to a local newspaper to warn other unsuspecting people.
For the love of everything, do not order from Apple online and no matter what stay away from Syncreon!!!!

First there was a delivery attempt on the 15th of April… I was home the whole time. Now I have been following the updates on the tracking information and still no new date for delivery or any contact from them. I am very worried and very disappointed with this experience.

Remained in all day as my order for a dell pc was to be delivered between 0800 and 2000. Now 2200 and no delivery. How can this company improve? (1) by not sending false information about delivery times as it is a total waste of time for the customer, who it appears to be an inconvenience. (2) Adhere to the time YOU have given.
I see now that it has arrived at the local depot 19/04/2023 at 06.53, this is after it arrived at the same depot on 18/04/2023 at 14.14. Just using your own figures. What a shambles, I expected better but got this.

I decided to check out Syncreon on Trustpilot after waiting in all day for a Dell PC which was supposed to be delivered between 8am and 6pm. It’s now 8pm and no sign….and I see pages of reviews from unfortunates with the same experience. I’m fuming. Why would Dell use this company?? I’ll be doing my best to persuade my other half to cancel his order and look elsewhere.

UPDATE thanks to google I was able to figure out who was actually delivering this item and get tracking direct I then phoned the delivery company and gave them further delivery details as they were struggling to find the property. If Synchreon provided tracking from the actual delivery firm instead of their useless non informative tracking this problem would have been picked up much earlier. If I had waited for Synchreon to sort it the birthday would have been and gone. Thanks to DHL and their customer services all was good.

Fake Delivery Attempt
At home waiting for my Dell laptop (expected today) and checking the synceon tracking webpage every 5-10 minutes.
They just updated the status to he delivery of your order was attempted on 14/04/2023 at 12:52 - Customer not available.
I was all the time at home; why can't you just be honest and say we failed to deliver today, we rescheduled your delivery for the next business day? So frustrating.

I returned a high value apple product and it ended up with syncreon and has still not been returned to Apple and I have no got a refund. Can’t contact syncreon as they do not answer the phone

I ordered from the Dell website on 31st March for next day delivery. The package first attempted to be delivered 3rd - said no customer home even though there is a concierge. Another attempted delivery today but same no customer home message. Would love it if I could speak to a syncreon rep or add delivery instructions so I can stop this endless cycle of attempted deliveries!
