Absolutely atrocious service

Absolutely atrocious service! I've experienced numerous delivery companies in my time, but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. Not only did my package never arrive, but their so-called "tracking system" is nothing short of a joke.
They claimed to have attempted a delivery but couldn't access the site. This simply isn't true. I've got four surveillance cameras outside my home and one right by the door, and I was working close to the entrance all day. There was no sign of anyone approaching.

Bad delivery service

I ordered a Dell PC from the Dell website and Dell chose Syncreon to deliver it to me (I’m in France).
Yesterday, Friday 8 September, my PC was due to be delivered but on the Syncreon tracker it says that the delivery man came but no-one was there when he came, even though there were several of us at the time indicated on the tracker.
Now I don't know where my order is and I don't know how to get it back: whether the driver will come again or whether he'll drop it off somewhere where I can pick it up.
So I've had a pretty bad experience with this carrier and I hope that I'll receive my PC quickly as I need it urgently.

Fix the tracker!! UPDATED

After dealing with costumer support they were great and informed me the tracker doesn't update till the product has arrived from china, it arrived from china and I instantly got updated by them and it came on the day they set the ETA for! It would be nice if they let you know at what point the laptop was at coming from china, but overall a good experience with customer service!

Dell says it has reached the local carrier yet they say they haven’t revived it! I hope it’s just a tracker issue as I’m going to uni soon and I need the laptop asap

Bad Experience but Great Support

EDIT: ✰ => ✰✰✰✰

Despite the bad first experience, following this bad review I left, someone from the Syncreon Support, called Connor reached out to me after looking at my issue. He was extremely helpful, made sure that FedEx (its not actually syncreon delivering as they are middlemen) had my phone number which Dell didn't provide and received my laptop the same day !

The tracking is indeed outdated and the delivery company not always the most dedicated but Syncreon did their best to make it work. Im now convince that the problem with Dell's shipping comes from the missing information between the companies. Dell should make sure to include phone numbers when throwing the order to syncreon.

No delivery and fake status.
Ordered a Dell laptop, especially for the fast shipping time.

Laptop should have been delivered the 4rth of September, even took the day off to stay at home. Then its written that Delivery Attempted - Customer Not Home. Which is clearly not true and pure lies.

Same thing on the 5th… and im going abroad at the end of the week. I would advise everyone to skip any company using syncreon as delivery partner.

I also would like to remind the company that lies (yes there is cameras) are suitable for lawsuits.

It just didn’t show where my parcel is

It just didn’t show where my parcel is. Dell claimed my laptop was shipped at 27th Aug. However, till today(6days), it still shown nothing from package tracking page.

Bad delivery service

Good morning;
I ordered Dell computers which should normally be delivered yesterday.
Synchroreon indicates on its site that the delivery was made on 08/30/2023 when I received nothing.
Curiously today 08/31/2023 the status of the second order says that I was not present at home while I was there. Then the order is placed in delivered status while I still have not received a package.
Please provide prompt feedback on my orders.

It would be preferable to provide phone numbers to contact you to know the status of our orders.

J'ai commandé des ordinateurs Dell qui normalement devrait être livré hier.
Synchreon marque sur son site que la livraison a été effectuée le 30/08/2023 alors que je n'ai rien reçu.
Curieusement aujourd'hui 31/08/2023 le statut de la deuxième commande dit que j’étais pas présent a la maison alors que j’étais la. Ensuite la commande est passée en statut livré alors que je n'ai toujours pas reçu de colis.
Merci de faire un retour diligent sur mes commandes.

Il serait preferable de communiquer des numéros de téléphone pour vous contacter pour connaitre le status de nos commandes.

No communication about when to expect delivery, need it to be on time!

I've been told that I should expect my delivery on the 29/08 (today) but no communication about when it might be and the tracker still only says order shipped. Looking at the other reviews I'm not hopeful for a timely delivery at all.

I'm going back to university across the country in two days and need this delivery to be prompt, not happy at all.

Fehlende Lieferung

Es wurde angekündigt, dass die Lieferung von DELL am 25.08.2023 erfolgt. Da keine Zeit angegeben wurde, warteten wir also den ganzen Tag.
Für 16:36 und 16:41 h war dann zu lesen: 'no Access'. Wie gesagt, wir waren zu Hause und unser Nachbarn sogar auf dem Grundstück.
Heute (28.08.) ist der Laptop seit 04:53 h unterwegs.
Ich koche ...

Ergänzung: Bis 18:00 h stand, dass die Lieferung unterwegs sei. Jetzt (21:36 h) ist zu lesen, dass um 15:10 h niemand da war. Stimmt aber nicht!

Ordered a Dell laptop

Ordered a Dell laptop. Received a tracker and an email confirming that I should receive a package on 18.08.
But we are the 22/08 and i have nothing.
The status of my delivery don't change since the 18.08 : "Your order is currently awaiting a confirmed delivery date - On-hold"
What does that mean? Why my delivery is on hold ?
I need the PC for school quickly

Edit 23.08 : After this review, someone of Syncreon contact me for helping. Thanks to him we reschedule the delevery the next day. It's was Feedex who doesn't reconize my door ...
But still a lack of information / update or way to contact someone

Terrible delivery, with horrible tracker

Ordered a Dell laptop. Received a tracker and an email confirming that I should receive a package on 21.08. Got to work from home precisely because of that and then they failed to inform me about anything even though giving themselves a quite generous window of 8am-6pm, 10 hours. After that still no information on the delay, nothing no way to contact them. The delivery date is still showing off as 21.08, wonder when at 11pm will I get a ring on my door? Or will it never happen?
Edit. Now at 7pm I received a message that apparently Customer was not available even whough I spent my whole day at home, more over the delivery apparently happend 2 hours before I received any update, Syncreon keep disappointing

No tracking updates

Dell shipped the package on the 12th, says 'Your order has reached your local carrier' with estimated delivery on the 22nd.
Syncreon tracking still says 'Your order has not yet been received by our warehouse' yet the estimated delivery in 4 days still hasn't changed.
Very annoying when you don't know whether delivery is delayed or not, or even what country the package is in.

No tracking info as many have already said

As many have said, item is out for delivery but all you see on the Synview 360 tracking is:
"Order not yet within the carrier network. Please check again later."
How are we supposed to plan our day when there is no idea of ETA?

False and delay

Dell personnal computer should be delivered today. On SYN site was on delivery since 4pm. I stayed at home for that..
This evening on Dell site it is mentionned a delay. On SYN site a big lie : customer not at hone at 2.50 am. I was here.
I dont know precisly who and when deliver.

No tracking info

I have had the same problem as I can see a lot of others having where delivery information is not updated and there whereabouts of orders is not disclosed. An order that has said it was shipped on 08/08 has apparently not been received by Syncreon despite the estimated delivery date not having been changed. This lack of transparency has made it hard to make plans around when the item will get here and when someone should be in to receive it.

Tracking is a joke

Tracking is a joke, the estimated delivery date changed twice (8 days difference) the parcel is listed as not yet received until the same day it is put out for delivery, no indication of delivery window, no means of re-arranging delivery after a failed attempt. This for a Dell laptop, so less than helpful and very frustrating.

No updated tracker information

Review update: The item was awaiting to be received by Syncroen (hence why the tracker was not updated). Once received it was passed over to DHL and successfully delivered. Great communications by both Syncroen, DHL and Dell once the issue was raised. Can't fault them.

Order shipped but Dell 31st July. ETA today (03rd August) According to syncroen tracker, the item has not been processed. Can someone please contact me to find out what has happened to my item?

Fake attempt of delivery and could not change my address

I placed an order realising the address was wrong, I changed it promptly and it took them 5 days to realise this. When they had finally changed the address they notified me in the tracker that no one was available for the order despite me working from home that day. The tracker is outdated saying an expected delivery date of 24/07/2023 (which is 5 days ago at the time of writing) Can someone please reach out to me and update the delivery date so I can know when to expect the order please??

Two delivery attempts - FAKE

Two delivery attempts , both never happened.
I have been working from home and checked my cctv no one showed at the door at the time claimed from syncreon .

Not sure why Dell still working with them

Just like all the others here

Same bullsh.. here. No show on the date of delivery. According to the tracking tool the shipment is currently on hold and I should call the supplier. The supplier is actually DELL. Syncreon has one job, deliver the parcel. They can't even get that done.
