This service allowed us to have the best wedding! Ami was so quick to respond and help us find a nanny, which we booked short notice. We had a FaceTime call with Gail 2 weeks before and she covered all the questions to make sure we all felt comfortable. On the day, Gail was absolutely brilliant and we completely trusted her. Would use this service again and recommend to others.

Our nanny Lucy was just amazing. Booking through Ami at Sweetheart Nannies was super simple and she replied straight away. We spoke to Lucy on FaceTime prior to the wedding which was helpful. On the day, Lucy came prepared with a bag full of activities and was so great with being flexible. She was punctual, professional, energetic and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Found a wedding nanny at short notice.
The nanny was not suitably dressed / presentable as described and they stuck out like a sore thumb at the wedding, and lots of guests commented on the scruffy appearance and said 'can't believe you are leaving your baby with her'.
Conversations were somewhat difficult and we hoped they would use their initiative more to help on the wedding day. We were also not informed when they arrived, which meant they were late in looking after the baby. Luckily a family member stopped her and assumed who it may be, even though we gave a number to ring.
Fortunately, our baby did like her, which allowed us to enjoy our wedding, but I feel like the description of the service did not match. Because of the negative connotations with the appearance (not blending into the crowd as described), the nanny was in the dressing room which meant our baby did have to miss out on more of the wedding than we wanted.

Sweetheart nannies were excellent. We had good communication leading up to the day and had a pre event call with the nanny to discuss our baby and his routine, and to get to know her a bit. On the day, Angie arrived with good time. She was great with my baby and took all the stress off to allow me to enjoy my wedding day. She was flexible and friendly. I would recommend sweetheart nannies.

We were so pleased with the excellent creche service that Sweetheart Nannies put on for our wedding in April 2022. We had no end of glowing feedback from parents who were impressed with the professionalism shown by the nannies and delighted to be able to drop their children off for a few hours with the confidence that they would be well looked after and entertained. Sweetheart Nannies really contributed to making our day as special as it was and we are very grateful to the whole team!

Very easy to deal with and arrange. Jen was wonderful with both the boys from the start. She was happy, bubbly, confident and very knowledgeable. The boys loved her. The day was made much more enjoyable as I knew the boys were safe and looked after. Thank you.

Ami at Sweetheart Nannies was fantastic. From the original booking to any questions I had and on the big day itself she was so organised and helpful. The Nanny we had on our wedding day was amazing, she looked after our little girl so well, nothing was too much trouble and really put our mind at ease so we could enjoy the day ourselves. A fantastic service received from Ami and the Sweetheart Nannies at our wedding in January 2022. From start to finish Ami was extremely helpful and understanding with our requirements. The Sweetheart Nannies provided a wonderful crèche at our wedding breakfast and did an amazing jobs of keeping the little ones entertained. We had Brogan who came to take care of our 20 month old and 5 month old on the evening of our wedding. Brogan was lovely, I instantly felt comfortable with her and both children took to her really well. If we get married again (bad joke) we'll definitely use Sweetheart Nannies again 🤣

Really excellent service from the company owner, Who was flexible and gave good advice around numbers and length of time for our wedding crèche.
We also hired a one-to-one Nanny for the baby of the bride who was very attentive and kind throughout.

Amazing service. We needed a nanny for our engagement party as my son has Autism and he was in a separate room so he could come into us if he wanted but have quiet when he needed. They came and met him before hand and helped him feel at ease before the party. Highly recommend !

We can highly recommend Ami and Sweetheart Nannies to anybody who is looking for an experienced professional to help them with their childcare, whether that be at a large event or simply an evening babysit. We have worked with Ami since summer 2020 and she has demonstrated herself to be 100% reliable, organised and hardworking. We have always felt our children are well cared for by her and have lots of fun!
