This company misleads you in their ads and refuse to take actions for their fraudulent advertising I ordered to 250th Anniversary baseball hats that was supposed to have the emblem embroidered on the hats. Instead they sent me hats with heat transfer emblems. They have never agreed that they screwed, nor will they take responsibility for their deception, STAY AWAY FROM THEM

If I could give it zero or negative stars i would. Do NOT order from this website. It's from China and they don't tell you this. It takes over a month to receive your items and the items are not as advertised. Very poorly made and not what you ordered. Then the website says easy returns. It is anything but easy. I've gone through multiple emails back n forth with them and they keep trying to offer me partial refunds. I keep telling them I want a full refund and to give me return instructions and they keep avoiding the direct question. It's been weeks now since I've asked for a refund and they take several days to respond back to you just to offer you a partial refund. This is FRAUD! And a complete waste of time, money and energy!
