I really don't know how to rate this app, but I played it last year and it was a really good app to play. My only concern is that after reading all of the comments, I'm afraid to cash out because they are asking for sensitive information like my ID and they didn't ask for that last year. So I'm not going to give them my information cause it seems like a waste of time according to these comments about them not paying out after you have done enough surveys to cash out. I'm glad that I read all of it comments before I uploaded my ID and I'm done with them and deleting this app.

Information/paid survey scam, unpaid surveys, this company should be ashamed of themselves. They steal information, ones time and dedication and don't take any feedback but pretend it doesn't happen. This is the same company that owns Eureka who believe it or not is even more dishonest. The closer you get to payout minimum is when they really start taking the info and shutting the survey down,"closed,"without payment. This should be illegal. Neither eureka nor surveypop change this problem or try to address these issues. Do not upload your ID, any more you should trust them to pay you.

Survey Pop 💯 legitimate paid survey site!

I have cashed out and checked my PayPal email so many times and it’s correct but some how I don’t have the money I made and it’s been the day it said would arrive into my bank.

They refuse to pay out and they never respond to emails. I cashed out $13 and they said they had to approve it. I waited 2 weeks and they never approved it. I contacted them via email and they never responded. I emailed the CEO and they finally responded, asked for my transaction ID, then canceled the pending payout and never responded again. Apple deletes all my negative reviews of them, so use their TrustPilot score, not their app store score!

Downloaded Survey Pop, completed some offers, months went by, and I got a new number. Completed some more offers in the app, and then when I tried to cash out, it wanted to verify through my old phone number. Have seen no way to update in the app. Sent an email over a week ago to support, and sent another email yesterday. I have received no response at all to help me update my number, so I have been unable to cash out.

I’ve had SurveyPop downloaded on my phone for several months now. In all that time, I’ve only been able to cash out $6—maybe twice at most. The app is painfully slow to help you reach the payout threshold.

Once, I did have the opportunity to earn $60, but it required completing an extremely long survey that asked me to categorize songs to the appropriate radio stations. This took several hours spread over a few days to finish.

Unfortunately, most of the other surveys are either broken or misleading. They often string you along until near the end, only to screen you out without compensating anything. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience and not worth the time.

Didn't pay out. I'll be deleting app. I have had a payout from them before but a while ago. But this time I requested it, says it'll be sent within 1-2 days and nothing arrived. Not easy to contact either.

Scam company! Avoid completely after reading this review! I will be taking legal action! When completing surveys you will not get paid. Complain to relevant authorities everybody let’s get these clowns shut down!

I used Survey Pop a while ago, but taken a long break. They used to process payments within the same day, but now, it's saying 1 to 3 days. Checking reviews, I see a lot of people are having issues with their payouts and not receiving them. Because of these, I shall pause using their site, and will continue if they pay. Awaiting 2 payments.
Update, 5 days, no payments. They keep sending me invites to do more surveys, pay up what they owe me.

I think I cash out once last year...can't do it now....keep spinning on location....I emailed them 50 times at least... not even once I got a response...I would give them 0 stars if I could....Not worth it.... Update...my cash out worked.Thank you to the team who made it possible!!!

I used this site regularly last summer and had a few good payouts. Fast forward to the last few days and I’m trying to take the surveys again… I’ve attempted 5-10 surveys, all of which said I was unqualified AFTER answering all of the questions. The video ads, and the apps to install do not pay out anymore either. I wouldn’t waste any time or energy on this app.

Gets worse, This site. On the verge of deleting, after being told I didn't qualify for a survey after completing it in full. Tried to message customer support but they wanted a screenshot of the issue in order for me to lodge an issue. I never thought to screenshot anything.
Waste of my time, I'll stick to more trustworthy sites in future. Avoid at all costs.

I submitted two tickets to Survey Pop on May 15th — Ticket #514134 (login issue) and Ticket #514754 (missing £4 payout). It’s now May 31st, and I’ve had zero response from their support team.

Their social media has been inactive since March, and it’s clear they’re not supporting their users properly anymore.

I’ve spent time completing surveys in good faith expecting to be paid, and it feels like I’ve been completely ignored. Based on these reviews, I’m clearly not alone.

Please fix your customer support, respond to open tickets, and stop ghosting users who are just trying to earn what they were promised. This app had potential — but at this point, it feels like a scam.
