Absolutely fantastic service. On time and fuss free. Card on drop off provided regarding collection instructions. Very streamlined service. Would use again. Naqash was brilliant too.
Perfect service. Nice to use a valet parking and not have to sit for 30-90mins 2aiting for my car. Nakash was especially helpful, as my car has a fault with it.

Thank you for your email but clearly you have lied once again as you are aware that I am still waiting for the everdence on damage to wing mirror and of wheel arch as you said you are still waiting for it please feel free to post the everdence on the review and I will openly apologise to your company for the review I posted also instead of sitting and replying lies to your negative reviews maybe chanel that energy into investigating what and how your staff are driving peoples vehicles and maybe chase up my photos sir as you claim you have everdence please send it over as I will be seeking legal advice against your cowboy firm you running.

Dear Ernest Rose,
You have claimed that pre-existing damage to your car is new. We have already emailed you photographic evidence to prove this.
Furthermore, members of our staff reported receiving phone calls containing language they perceived as aggressive, abusive, and intimidating. We also note from your public review history on Trustpilot that you consistently leave negative feedback for services and products you use.
To protect the privacy of our clients and the security of our facilities, recording devices are strictly prohibited inside our car parks.
Please see the relevant section of our terms and conditions below:
5.6 Upon presenting the vehicle to the driver, the client must ensure the following:
1-All vehicle windows are securely closed.
2-All removable personal possessions are removed from the vehicle.
3-Only the ignition keys are entrusted to the driver, and all other items are removed from the key ring.
4-All recording equipment installed in the vehicle is switched off. Due to the privacy of other clients and the security of our parking areas, we do not allow recording devices in our car parks.
You agreed to these terms upon booking and physically signed to confirm them when dropping off your vehicle.

Refund refused when parking cancelled due to severe injury.
Very disappointed that this company would not refund our booking with over a month's notice. We had to cancel our holiday due to a severe accident. The constant surgeon advised against flying and we offered Sure Parking medical evidence. I think in these circumstances the company should show some compassion.

I am unable to find any booking under your name. If you booked a non-flexible product, it cannot be cancelled. However, we are happy to confirm this via email so you can make a claim on your travel insurance. If you booked through a booking agent, their terms and conditions will apply.
