Excellent experience, we arrived early but this wasn’t really a problem, on pick up the car was a little dusty and travelled 12 miles so I expect parked up in the open, again not a problem , on return car was delivered to short stay car park where we were met with polite, efficient operatives

Now my review score would have been 5 stars but the guy bringing my car back disconnected my fixed cameras in my car which they do not have permission to touch. They are explicitly given permission to drive the car (and only drive) to a dedicated parking area and then back to me on my return.
I have the video evidence to show this was tampered with. As it was almost 1am and the camera screen doesn't stay lit up it was only noticed when the camera cables dropped down the screen. Now the camera is loose and not sure it can be refixed.
I'd suggest not using this company if they tamper with the cars security system.
Extremely disappointed especially that APH endorses them..!

We left our car with Sure Parking, but on our return there was a large dent across its side. To cut a very long story short, Sure Parking (Das) engaged in a protracted process of denying, deflecting, and counter-accusing. Contrary to the claim on their website that they take photos of cars on entry in order to determine whether any damage occurred in their care, they were 'unable' to trace the entry photos. On other review websites such as Google Reviews, it is evident that many customers have likewise had their cars damaged by SP and have had their complaints kicked into the long grass in similar fashion. We eventually had the car fixed through our insurance and, via our Legal Protection, took the case to the Small Claims Court. SP did not even bother to turn up and full costs were awarded - though this was a lengthy process which took a lot of effort on our part.

Our advice to any potential customers reading this before you entrust your car to SP - firstly, DON'T! But if you do: take your own photos on-site at both entry and collection, retain all documentation including the entry receipt, and do NOT sign the paperwork on collection unless you are really confident there has been no damage. After that, do not get sucked into extensive communications with Das, but when it becomes apparent after a couple of weeks that there is no intention to undertake any genuine investigation, proceed straight to your insurers and the Small Claims Court.

Went very smoothly both on departure and return. When we arrived, Sure parking staff were waiting for us, and when we returned, the car drew up as we walked into the car park. Friendly and efficient at both ends.
