Great store in Westfields White City. The customer service is amazing. Staff are friendly yet professional and extremely helpful.

I went to all the stores in London, looking for a Bomber Colegiate Jacket, which was on your sale promotion but my size was not available. Westfield was the last one and thanks to a brilliant lady, she managed to locate it at the Outlet in Westfield. Went on Sunday morning and it was there..! She is that kind of staff you need in most stores, helpful, courteous and ready to help, plus with a great smile!!

Good quality merchandise. Good selection of clothing items. So many ranges of colours, styles and fabrics. Their logo is easy on the eye and it stands out. The website is a breeze to browse through. I just couldn’t resist this beautiful jacket I saw. It was so easy to place an order and you get instant updates on the progress of your order and delivery. They also offer 10 percent discount when you first sign up with your email.
I was thrilled with my experience and the product was just as good as I expected.
I only wish they had a wider presence in the high street as currently they are limited into certain locations.

Love the brand but your staff in Shepherds Bush suck! Rude, unhelpful and radiate boredom/apathy - sort it out!

The staff in the Westfield Shepherds Bush shop were SO nice and attentive. Asked where I could find polo shirts and was shown all sorts. And when I came to pay I asked for a small bag for two purchases as I needed to put them in a back pack. They understood completely. Amazing staff. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience.

The staff seems like doesn’t know anything about the store and also how to treat a customer, not friendly at all !! I went to the store to buy some trousers and didn’t get it !! Ask for help and the staff didn’t help at all!!

Longline jacket was perfect, so warm that I don’t need to wear thermals in the winter and also had a ranged of colours to choose from, I chose brown. Mahdi from Westfield White city branch was so lovely and helpful!
